If you are planning to make your own energy gel or drink it’s a must-have, especially for the money BULK is asking, you will save loads of money by creating your mix. Taste and dissolving in cold water is not the best and I recommend personally boiling it in case of energy gel making. I mix it perfectly in hot/boiling water. So far with my mix formula, I have a good energy level and it is simply the same main ingredient you take from any energy gel. The best value you can get for the effectiveness

Solid quality maltodextrin powder, great for bulking up as it has a good amount of calories and carbs without anything else, just a single ingredient, Maltodextrin. Great value for money given how many servings you get out of it, doesn't really have a strong taste (although admittedly I always put it into protein shakes so can't taste it anyway) The only downside is it isn't all that easy to mix, you're gonna have to either blend it into your drink or put a lid on your bottle and shake it like it owes you money, don't even bother stirring with a spoon, it'll just clump up and then you'll have white bits floating in your drink which isn't great (unless you're into that, whatever floats your boat I guess)

Tipp: Ich verwende etwa 15-30 g Dextrose pro 500 ml Eismasse, abhängig von der gewünschten Süße und den anderen Zutaten. Kombiniert mit etwas Stabilisator (z. B. Eine wiederverschließbare Verpackung oder zumindest ein Beutel mit einem stabilen Verschluss wäre meiner Meinung nach eine sinnvolle Verbesserung. Insgesamt bin ich jedoch zufrieden mit dem Bulk Maltodextrin Pulver. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck als Kohlenhydratquelle für meine Workouts, und der Preis pro Portion ist wettbewerbsfähig. Wenn die Verpackung verbessert würde, hätte ich keine Bedenken, diesem Produkt eine volle 5-Sterne-Bewertung zu geben.
