Works great in separating the yolks from the whites, and it's big enough to rest over a glass or small bowl. The yolk doesn't break and it's quick in separating as well, overall a great product that does what it says on the tin and at a good price.

Essential kitchen product if like me you're not very good at separating eggs by just using their shells! I just sit it on top of a cup, crack an egg into and watch the egg whites drain into the cup. It really is just a big plastic spoon with a whole in the side so I think it is quite pricey but nevertheless does the job it is supposed to do.

Got this for my Dad because he loves his kitchen gadgets! It's really simple and a good price so definitely good value for money.

An excellent and simple little piece of kitchen kit. Break the egg and pour it into the egg separator. The egg white drains through the slots in the side of the separator and the yolk is left behind. It is simple, it works and it takes a lot of the hassle out of making mayonnaise! It also goes through the dishwasher quite happily.

I was sceptical about buying this, however, I have used this about 3 or 4 times and I'm very happy with it. I crack the shell on a hard surface like I usually do and plop the egg into separator. You might have to jig it about a bit to get rid of the egg white to fall out of the side, but it's not a problem. I recommend purchasing for an amateur baker.

Works well, saves a lot of time, mess and broken yolks if you have a lot of eggs to prep. Can't really think how the product could be better for its purpose.
