It is much smaller once you open it than it looks in the picture. Only really suitable for buttons, beads or small washers and screws etc. The top area does have a decent space for cotton reels etc. but all the drawer compartments are very small and quite shallow. Sorry no measurements. Still haven't got round to using mine for needlework class yet.
