Now this car sun shade is excellent..get one! fit my Citroen C5 Aircross easily and will fit larger or smaller cars windscreens as it expands and retracts in middle..great bit of kit to keep youre car cooler on hot sunny days and packsdown to just 10"across so fits in car door pocket for storage.

This sun shade works even in a small car. The height of the shade is perfect, the width is a little too big for an Aygo but you can overlap the two ‘discs’ of the sun shade (Hoping the picture explains this a bit). It’s easy to put into the window and the ‘discs’ help it to slot in place where the window and the edges of the car meet. It does always make me giggle when I take the shade out of the storage pouch and it pops open inside my car as it seems so big compared to the car 🤭. This is fab and has really helped me during the last two heatwaves. The heat stays out of the car much more by using this. I just need to find some for side windows now!

Really great bit of kit, in the way it packs away into such a small bag, which is easy to store when not in use in the car seat back pouch. What's more surprising is how large it expands into. I have a mitsubishi outlander and the standard size fills the screen completely. However, here is the little down side. If you have a fitted dash cam and/or a phone cradle to your windscreen - it doesn't like it. The shade wants to hug the screen and they both prevent it. It is a bit of a chore if you have to keep taking them off and putting them back everytime you use it. Also my driving mirror is huge, and the shade again can't really get up close, but the flappy edges to the shade are useful in filling up some of the gaps. That said, I don't bother to remove the camera or the phone cradle and I can get it to block 95% of the sun, and that is where it is marvellous. It really is effective in keeping the interior from boiling up, while you are down the beach, and no more red hot steering wheel.

I love it It's so Easy & Convenient I've been using this product for just over a week now & Yesterday the Temperature here (Cairo,Egypt) went over 43°C it was Really Really Hot without the sun shade it would have been a really long & Hot day but thankfully I've installed it just the night before & going out at Noon during the peak really made a huge difference, the car is a little hot ofcourse but nothing near what it used to be like, just a couple of seconds after the AC comes on & the cool air kicks in (which took a really long time by the way when my car was unprotected in the sun & it was already too late by then) it cools the car in no time you forget about all the heat & feel really lucky to survive this heat wave. I aslo feel an improvement in my AC's cooling after using this shade. Also the shade feels easier to open & close after a week of use it feels more Natural now. Really good Product, the improvement after using it is easily observable & highly recommended to anyone who needs a decent car shade.

The shade works very well and certainly keeps the inside of the car much cooler on the recent hot days in the UK. Its easy to put up and fits the windscreen of my car perfectly. Due to its size and the way the hoops work it doesn't slip or fall down like another shade I had previously. The storage bag could do with being a little more robust and slightly bigger though. It's made of the same lightweight material as the shade, and while the shade does fold down (with a bit of practice, the example videos are quite helpful to watch..!), the fit into the bag is still very tight and the material and stiching are showing some small signs of strain.

4 stars for quality, ease of storing and use, how good it is at blocking out sun and heat. 1 star for size - very short in my 2013 Vauxhall Corsa, didn't even reach the rear view mirror. Handy for protecting the dash though! Given to my partner as it fits his car perfectly.

Bought this for a 2014 Mercedes E class estate. Fantastic quality and easy to pack small - just watch the video and it folds in on itself with a figure of 8 twist. Compared with the old style concertina ones this is so much more effective. Admittedly we don't get massive heat in England all year round but for two months of the year this is needed very day. Similarly when we go across to France and beyond. We have dark glass in B pillars backwards as have very shaggy hairy dogs dogs but the windscreen is a big cause of heat gain and means we can now get the dogs back into the car quickly rather than having to walk them around in the shade for ages whilst the air con. cools the car to a level the dogs can safely be transported in the crate in the boot. So good I bought the large one for our larger windscreen on our Mercedes GLE.

With a bit of shuffling for the best install (my first attempt) its firmly in place, no sag and blocking everything out. Z4's have a chunky rear view mirror fitment but this wasn't a problem. Its also a relatively small screen but the flexibility with this screen still gave a good fit. I was going to go down the made to measure option but meant ordering from the US with hefty carriage, all in would have been around £104, so really pleased with this. Couldn't contemplate the cheap flimsy foldable screen as all the review seem poor. On opening it does smell a bit (as per other reviews) so I opened out doors and gave it some air, imagine the smell will fade and for a better fit/decent quality product I don't have a problem with that. I don't often write reviews and car sun screens are hardly exciting but given the amount of badly designed/made products in this space I thought it might be helpful.

Der Sonnenschutz passt perfekt hinter die Frontscheibe beim 5er BMW. Klein zusammengefaltet paßt er einfach in das Fach hinter dem Beifahrersitz. Entfaltet sich von selbst und bleibt dann stabil. Die silberne Oberfläche reflektiert das Sonnenlicht sehr effektiv. So heizen sich Armaturenbrett und Sitze nicht auf. Hatte früher ein Modell aus Karton. Das war sperrig und war nicht stabil. Alles Vergangenheit. Und wer Probleme mit dem zusammenfalten hat - einfach die Videos auf YouTube ansehen und ein paar Mal probieren. Dann geht es schnell und einfach. Sehr preiswert und die beste Lösung gegen Sommerhitze im Auto, die ich kenne.

J'ai acheté ce pare-soleil pour une BMW Série 3 Touring de 2006 (E91). Le pare soleil tient parfaitement en place et est simple à installer. Il suffit de le plaquer contre le pare brise et de le caller avec le contour du pare brise. Sa conception (2 cercles séparés par des parties souples) lui permettent de s'adapter à diverses tailles de pare brise. (En ce qui concerne ma voiture, les deux cercles se superposent légèrement) Une fois posé, la totalité du pare brise est couvert ce qui ne laisse aucune chance aux rayons du soleil de passer. L'habitacle est complètement protégé, le volant et le levier de vitesse ne sont plus brûlants et on n'a plus l'impression de rentrer dans un four après une journée garé à plus de 35°C au soleil. Le rangement ne m'a pas posé de problème particulier mais j'étais déjà familier avec ce type de pliage. Les points positifs: - Couvre complètement le pare brise - Tient tout seul - Taille réduite une fois plié (peut se glisser entre le siège et la console centrale) - La pochette de rangement fournie. Les points négatifs: - Aucun pour le moment. A vérifier dans le temps: - Sa tenue sur le pare brise - la résistance du matériau (va-t-il s'effriter?) Pour le moment, j'en suis très satisfait. Je l'ai déjà recommandé à un collègue.

Originally, I was looking to buy this type of shade, but the ones that come with two individual rectangular shades that you kind of mush together and in general, are very versatile. I saw that this brand had the two circular shaped shades connected with a flappy bit that can facilitate overlap as well as coverage. I like the quality and function of this shade, it isn't difficult to fold and stow and it seems to block out 95% of sunlight from hitting my dashboard. I chose the size that corresponded with the measurements of my windshield but it is a couple inches short from top to bottom (height) and I have to fuss with the visors a bit more than I would like, but I get it to stay put. Width-wise, it's very generous and it compensates well for vehicles that are a bit less wide across the glass area. I bought the large (for a Ford Fusion) and as I said, it fell short on the fit, so four stars! Update 10/22/2015 - Tim at Outback Shades sent me a free replacement in a larger size that fits perfectly. I've upgraded my review to five stars.

I lived in Australia when I was young and these car window shades were everywhere. Even though Canadian sun is just as strong in the summer, I'm a little surprised the shades are not common here. With young kids, one of my concerns is putting them into a hot boiling car. These shades are great, the material is sturdy (survived my cats so far :) and they fold into a compact little pouch that fits in my front glove compartment. These shades fit my RAV4 front window perfectly. I'm quite confident of its functionality as it's made of the same material of the window shades I use for backseat windows (for the kids) and they block out the sun quite well. I was initially worried about folding it back into the pouch but as it turns out, it's quite easy even for someone who's not hands on like me. I had trouble interpreting the instructions so I decided to make a video. So you start by grabbing the opposite sides of the circle (after you folded them in half), with one hand on the side of the elastic. Then you fold inward and twist. After I filmed it I realized even though I showed the elastic, I forgot to use it in the video doh! The package also came with some side mirrors for your blind spots. I think the newer versions of cars already have those but mine doesn't so I really appreciate these :) I received a discount for this product. My opinions are 100% my own. If you're looking for something to block out sun in your car, I highly recommend giving these a try ***** Amazon is having issues with review videos of certain size uploaded. Se adapta a Ford Mondeo 2016.Hay que utilizar las viseras del vehículo ya que el modelo en el que lo utilizo lleva sensor de lluvia y en esa parte del parabrisas queda separado del cristal. Sin el sensor no seria ni siquiera necesario utilizar las viseras del vehículo. Se pliega muy rápido y no ocupa apenas espacio.Mejora en la temperatura y comodidad y por supuesto en el cuidado del interior del vehículo.
