The cart feels solid, handles weight well, and the 360° swivel 6” wheels make maneuvering easy, even with heavy loads. That said, 5 of the 8 carts arrived with dents straight out of the box. It was clear the damage wasn't caused during shipping, as the boxes were in perfect condition—the dents seemed to be manufacturing-related. Luckily, they were purely aesthetic dents and didn’t affect the functionality or sturdiness of the carts. Amazon replaced all 5 damaged units without any hassle, which I appreciated. All in all, despite the initial dent issue, I’m very satisfied with these carts.
