Happy does what I need it to do If doing a stir fry it was never greasy As I cannot stand oily or greasy food Also I use to spray on the omelette maker As I don't want to use butter or marg Food tastes ok also using this spray

Very good and lasts quite a while for me as i don't use a lot of it. Saves stuff sticking to so called non-stick cookware.

Handy product for keeping calories down. Price is relatively expensive considering it's an oil/water emulsion, but if its on offer its worth trying. Perfect for spraying on dry vegetables when cooking in the air fryer.
