Use it a lot for sight threatening blepharitis in conjunction with steroid eye drops and good quality Omega 3 supplements, it is warmed in warm water as you need gentle heat on the affected eye and microwaved pads can easily get way too hot. I think it opens up the eye ducts so the eye drops can more easily do their job. Used the pad 2-3 times a day & achieved great results, the specialist eye doctor was thrilled - said he rarely sees such improvement & has subsequently reduced the drops from three to one time pd & is hopeful there will be no impact on sight. Only one eye was affected & it was easy enough to position so my child could carry on about his business but a single gel eye mask is much needed in the market (couldn’t find one at all), who doesn’t love playing pirates?! And anything that gets a child to cooperate on such important matters is a godsend so MANUFACTURERS PLEASE MAKE SINGLE GEL EYE MASKS!! Would recommend for anyone using any eye drops & the mask is also rather lovely as a relaxation aid

I loved this product so much that I ordered a further 2 more for friends. The gel insert can be placed in the fridge to make the mask into a cooling balm for swollen eyes, or heated in warm water to soothe dry, tired eyes, or simply used without the insert to cut out light & so aid restful sleep. A first rate product, you will not want to be without.

A very nice product and so much better than the ones you have to heat up in the microwave, particularly when travelling and a microwave is not available. I also like that you can use the gel insert for cooling, if required. As someone who suffers from very dry eyes and sometimes blepharitis having a convenient warming mask is essential. I would have happily given 5 stars but having used the mask to sleep in, whilst it is comfortable it left a dark stain on my pristine white pillowcase.

I was advised by an optician to buy a mask such as this for dry eyes. I've tried it but I find it doesn't keep its heat for long enough to be effective, I've actually taken the gel pack out of the mask and used that directly which is slightly better but it still cools down too quickly. It just doesn't do enough for me, putting the crook of my elbow over my eyes actually works better.

I bought this for my son who has Blepharitis but he hasn't used it yet. So I popped it in the fridge to use as I've been having migraines and got swollen eyes from hayfever. It was very relieving and I didn't get a migraine which is good. It stayed in place all night and blocked out all light. It's heavier than my usual sleep mask but this didn't effect me dropping off or staying asleep, and I'm a light sleeper. I'd recommend this product. When my son does decide to use it, I will updated my review to its effectiveness on Blepharitis.

I have a small head but the string on the eye mask is so small and tight that it was uncomfortable and made the eye mask press on my eyes which gave me blurry vision for ages after using it for just a few minutes. Ear plugs are also useless. Wish I could get a refund but there isn't an option to do so even though it doesn't work as intended. Including VAT and postage it's a waste of £13!

Excellent product. Since using this in November last year I haven't had any problems with my blepharitis. I use it every night at bed time and can't recommend it enough. I don't have a microwave so being able to heat it using hot water is brilliant!

Very nice quality, wouldn't want to pay any more for it though. Had to use boiling water not hot as stated for it to give the 10 minutes . Elastic quite tight , I have a small head , so not a problem for me. Semis to be helping my blepharitis. No dripping cloths!!!

Die Lieferung war schnell. Das Material ist in Ordnung. Die Heiß-Kalt-Packung kann separat erwärmt und in die Maske gelegt werden. Aber die Maske ist zu klein für mich. Es fällt, gleich wie ich sie hin- und herschiebe, immer noch Licht ein. Und das gefält mir weniger. Deshalb nur zwei Stenre.
