is this ok for a Peugeot 407 3ltr gt coupe?

Can't tell you if it is OK for you car. You can only but try. I used it on my Audi A4. Did help stem the leak but did not a cure it completely. Seals were probably damaged rather than worn. Still leaks after two bottles. On my third now. Replacement steering rack is the answer I'm afraid.All the best Eddie

Will this work for green power steering fluid?

I'd doubt it as the only green fluid I can think of is LHM on Citroens, which would be a completely different type of oil.

I don't think the fluid is car-specific - its just a thick fluid that's similar to power steering fluid. In my case, it didn't work because my car had a more serious leak - so the entire steering rack had to be replaced. But as my car is a run of the mill ford fiesta, the repair was not that expensive.

I used this in a pug 2002 307 2.0 litre tdi without a problem. The fault on my power steering was a leaking bush rubber. This cured the fault and the car has gone thru 3 mot's since and no more leaks!!
