This is a perfectly good product that works excellently. But I don’t need two so I’m returning one of them. Oops.

Very handy steam cleaner at good price

The steam cleaner is not too big and heavy for single handed use. It is strong enough to remove lime scale build up around taps. It will not completely remove really old, stubborn lime scale build up. However, the unit is still very good for the smaller cleaning jobs around the home. It is good for cleaning dirt build up in small crevices around bathroom tiles and in cleaning utensils. Note: The unit has a safety feature which prevents accidental removal of the screw top, when the unit is heated and under steam pressure. You need to wait for the unit to cool sufficiently, before unscrewing the top for refilling with water. It is also a good idea to operate the trigger a few times before removing the screw top, just to make sure there is no residual steam pressure in the unit, before refilling.

I was excited to try this to deep clean my elderly mothers house which was in need of a good scrub. I filled the tank and waited for the light to indicate it was ready for use. It loosened all of the hardened grime underneath the washing machine and dryer making it easy for me to wipe away. Unfortunately the tank on the steam cleaner is extremely small and the pressure and steam speed is so fast that it needed refilling quickly. Now heres the kicker, In order to refill the tank the appliance must be fully plugged out at the mains and the appliance must be completely cooled down in order to open and refill. Given that there is about 4-5 minutes of operating time then 20-30 minutes for it to cool, this really drags out time spent actually cleaning. Its impossible to get stuck into a job properly and instead is spent waiting around. Eventually I tried running the safety latch on the appliance (where the cap unscrews) under cold water and this sped up the process slightly. When I managed to get the cap to screw off I had to be careful holding the lid as the steam pressure escaping at the same time forced the cap to fly off erratically. All was ok tho. I would advise this machine for small jobs (maybe one set of blinds) but not for a big task as you will end up frustrated waiting around like I did. I attempted to use some of the attachments and they seemed quite good. If anyone knows of a way for me to get longer usage time of the appliance let me know- an attachable/ bigger water tank of some sort? Please let me know. For the price it works well and is easy to use but the above takes away from my overall opinion about it.

The broke after one use!!! The opening cap will not open! So it can’t be filled so is no good!! Unfortunately I did not use it straight away so missed the return date by one day 😩 buy cheep buy twice! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Great value for money. Really does rip through grime and gets into all the corners with the nozzle. My shower glass panels look like new! The lead is very short, so I use an extension lead with it. The safety nozzle is frustrating as you have to wait until it cools to refill, but it’s worth the wait.

Love this and it makes cleaning up after animals so much easier, but it arrived without the window attachment.

Its a kettle under pressure works very well. Cleans up sinks windows, the attachments are quite useful. You have to refill it every time it runs out but overall great product.👍

Its a good little steamer my only issue is i can open the valve to fill it up on the maunal it says it wont open till fully cool so for that its loosing a star as ive only done one window and its run out of water
