Great simulator for cats
Great sturdy food/treat tree. This has entertained my 2 boisterous cats for sometime also helps them to work things out to get their treats. A great stimulator highly recommend. Great price

Like bees to a hive!
Assembly was quick and easy and done in a matter of 6 simple, self explanatary steps. Will be nice and easy to dismantle too for washing which is great. The clan immediately came running when they heard dry food being dished out, however, what they weren't expecting was having to work for their dinner! My eldest was straight in but got frustrated very quickly as she likes to eat fast. This is exactly what I wanted for her though, both for speed of eating and weight management, so 👍🏻 already. My middle cat has definitely been the most engaged with it so far and loves to push food out just for fun. My kitten has so far only watched from a distance as he's still learning about the pecking order at meal times. He has had a little go though and in typical ginger cat style, can't quite work out what he needs to do to get his favourite kibble!

Good product - would recommend
My two cats mostly stay indoors and I have this as one of a few different things to keep them entertained. I am pleased I bought it - one of the cats got stuck in straight away and it has kept her busy pawing away through the gaps in the tree. The product is sturdy and I think an earlier model was flawed as cats could get their heads in the top - not a problem with this item, my two small cats cannot stick their heads in the top. They occasionally manage to hook the treats with their paws and pull them out instead of knocking them down the levels, but it's still a nice game for them so I don't really mind. Only minor issues for me is that one cat doesn't use it much, so possibly it wouldn't interest some cats and also sometimes my cats leave treats stuck on the lowest level as they don't seem to get to them at that angle - but that might just be that they haven't worked that bit out yet!

Great upgrade to a brilliant product
I had the old version for my cat, she would sometimes twang it and her meaty food pellets would go flying. This new version has a solid plastic base to replace the rubber mat, that cures the twanging problem. It is a brilliant feeder. It’s not perfect, I’d suggest putting a rubber ring in that came with the original version, they made great fuss about it’s sensory feel being important to cats. The new style lid has bars across the opening, that stops the more intelligent can from just eating the food out of the top section without bothering with the maze. But the downside is it makes putting in her meaty pellets a bit awkward. Perhaps the bars could be made as an optional insert, choice of a narrow ring or the bars. My cat’s main diet is meaty pellets, I use this instead of a bowl, this way she eats when hungry and only enough she’s prepared to get out. As a result her weight has been flat, healthy, and in range for years. I strongly recommend this products to cats and their staff.

I highly recommend this product!
I've bought this as one of my cats was entering a cycle of eating his food way too quickly and throwing up afterward. I had to take him to the vet twice and he would still throw up once he went back to his old food habits. It came to the point where I had to stay by his side and feed him his food one kibble at a time. Upon researching alternatives, I've found this product and I absolutely love it. For the past 2 weeks my cat hasn't thrown up once and he is getting fitter as he eats slowly and only bits at a time (plus he gets to exercise to get his food). He is quite an overweight cat but the product has helping him to lose weight, it is also sturdy enough (my cat is 6.5kg and the product hasn't fallen once). He understood the puzzle fairly quickly -cause everything that has to do with food, he'll make an effort to understand it :) and spends a lot of time around it. It is by far one of the best investments I've made to my cat's overall health, as it helped him immensely with his overeating-throwing up habit.

Cat Feeding / Treat Tree
Juno seems interested. Looks as if it might take her a while to work it out!

Cats figured out they could just pull it over instead of actually spending time using it...
Initially I thought this was going to be a real winner and the cats really enjoyed playing with it, retrieving treats and figuring it out, but after a couple of days, they just realised that actually pulling it over on its side was much quicker in getting all the treats, which in turn meant they over indulged too quickly and were sick. This was supposed to be a good slow feeder, which is partly why we got it, but actually it was the opposite since they can pull it over easily. Apparently this is the updated version which is "harder for cats to pull over", well I can tell you it isn't since my 8 months old kitten can pull it over very easily.

It's hilarious to watch!
Initially I wasn't sure if my cats will even know how to use this and I was half right: my cat Pepper will knock the food down whilst my other cat, Toby, will wait for her to do so and then take the reward. At first neither knew how to use it with regular cat biscuits and my cats kept howling at me to give them food, despite standing next to the tree, so instead I added their favorite treats and that's when the fun began. Spillage: this isn't an issue, even on tiled floor. Both my overweight and above average cat haven't knocked over the tree once, despite my owning it for almost a week, nor has it slightly raised from the ground. If I'm correct this is the second version of the cat tree and it's definitely an improvement. Other than my cat occasionally flicking the biscuits out when she cheats, there's no mess! I'd also like to add that it's impossible for either of them to eat from the top, which is again another improvement. Summary: I feed them wet food in the morning and then measure biscuits at night, but my cats would eat each others so I wanted a way to encourage them to lose weight: this makes them eat slower and definitely not as much- I find within 5 minutes my cats will give up. I haven't had any issues with the product yet and I honestly can't fault it- it even came with an adorable box where it shows you how to turn it into a cat toy. My cats are indoor cats and they hardly touch their toys, so it's great to see them excited to use this.

Great product for my cat.
My cat loves this. I feed her wet cat food because it's healthier and hydrates your cat which generally cats who don't suffer dehydration as they get most of their hydration in the wild from prey but her treats are dry and this promotes better eating habits. My purpose of getting this was to get her to eat slower as she would scarf her food down and end up vomiting. For the most part this helps and she generally will be pawing and eating very few at a time. Regardless it stimulates her and she loves it and wants it on daily basis. I recommend this product for sure.

Great Interactive Feeder That Cats Love, With Minor Durability Issues
This is a genuinely effective enrichment feeder. Both of our cats learned how to use it quickly, and it keeps them busy while slowing down their eating. We liked it enough that when our first one (bought at a market) snapped at the base, we didn’t hesitate to replace it. The design works well, but the base could be sturdier, and an extra difficulty setting would be useful for cats who master it fast. Even so, it remains one of the better food‑dispensing toys we’ve tried. The cats enjoy it, it does what it promises, and we’d buy it again
