The product was fine and arrived promptly. I didn't really like that the box had been opened. I think this was probably just to insert instructions in English. It is nicer to get one's medications sealed.

No code chip included so do not work!
No chip included which renders the strips unusable unless your monitor has the same code as the ones supplied. 333 supplied in my case. Instructions in several languages BUT none in English - suggesting these are a grey import despite being sold ‘For the Uk’. Had no trouble in obtaining a full refund including postage from Amazon but I would advise people to find an alternative source than this one.
