Made me vomit.
Sadly these aren't for me. I took one after breakfast, I had a few burps a bit later and then felt sick. Sure enough I then had to run to the bathroom and my breakfast came back up. Unsurprisingly, I won't be trying these again. For context, the last time I vomited was about 15 years ago when I had food poisoning. I think I'll stick to turmeric from now on.
