Do you use it alone or powder over the top to set?

I use it on the skin then use foundation over it (I use a BB cream because it's a very light coverage) and then powder to set. Hope that helps. You really only need to use the concealer under eyes and to cover blemishes and it works very well indeed.

Why is ivory beige, supposedly the lightest, dark? brown? do you have to wait for it to absorb?

It is the lightest beige. I personally apply with wand and then gently pat into skin. This does work incredibly well, it lightens the eye area and hides shadows and dark circles. Also use it as a brow highlighter.

Is the ivory as pale as touche eclait #1?

I got the Natural Beige and i thought it was a bit dark. I did use it as a eye primer and my eyeshadow never moved.
