Good Grips Silicone Bakeware Lid 9in x 9in

I’m trying to get plastic wrap and soft plastic containers and lids out of my life, and have bought a few different silicone lids etc.—some are very thin, but pretty stretchy, and satisfactory, but I hadn’t found any good rectangular ones. This OXO silicone or cover is fantastic. Thick and sturdy, it still stretches a bit—perfect fit and seal on my 30 yr old Emile Henry rectangular dish, equally perfect on a 9x13 cake pan. It’s even useful for a rectangular dish which is quite a bit smaller—doesn’t seal it, but is heavy enough to lie snugly on top and keep the contents moist. Yes, it’s more expensive than lots of no-name silicone covers you can find, but I know it will last for years, and do the job perfectly. The only drawback is that it’s a bit weird to store, as it’s so wiggly and springy. My solution is to roll it up and put a rubber band around it—that way, it lies nicely in the drawer where the foil and remaining plastic wrap live.

This works well to cover my 13x9 pans. It’s flexible, easy to put on and remove. It works on disposable aluminum pans too. Much better than covering the pan with foil.

The quality was fine, but it didn't fit my (nominal) 9x13 Pyrex baking dish, which was what I had hoped for. A clearer description would have helped in my choosing. Luckily free returns are almost universal. That's why we pay the big bucks.

Bought this to go with the 9x13 Oxo pan. Works great to cover the pan with a tight seal to keep leftovers in the refrigerator. No more having to use plastic wrap or foil to try and keep leftovers. You have to stretch the lid a little to fit the pan but that ensures a tight fit. This is definitely something I wish I'd bought years ago.

I am very disappointed in this cover. I have the exact pan this was made for but still doesn’t fit tight. The corners fit OK but air gets through along the edges of the pan. I would not recommend this product, effort the price…

I purchased both the 9x9 and 9x13 lids. Works great with my 9x9 and 9x13 USA pan and will fit with any similar sized pan with straight edges. Pans which have handles on the ends might be more difficult. The lid initially looks smaller than the pan but easily stretches to fit and create a good seal. It’s a little bit trickier to place this lid compared to a plastic snap-on lid, but I like the silicone material. Best used when the contents of the pan aren’t higher than the edges of the pan. In case you happen to have multiple cakes, it does stack nicely.

This has been invaluable when it comes to my baking. As someone who’s trying to limit single use plastics, this silicone cover for my cake pan is perfect. I make everything from cakes to focaccia in a square cake pan and this lid fits perfectly.

It fits my baking pan.As long as your baking pan doesn't hane large handles,it should fit.
