Hi, they are quite large.. about 2.4cm x 0.7 cm They are a capsule so you can break it apart if necessary. Hope this helps! Liz

Can you open the capsules and add to water instead swallow the capsule? I struggle with swallow and have gastritis . So will thid be ok to take with m

Solgar capsules can always be opened easily, just a little twist and a gentle pull. I've just checked and yes they do open easily. I started using these when I had gastritis and they were fine, very gentle. Also used Solgar deglycyrrhised liquorice, capsules opened and powder taken from a spoon. Very calming, eases gastritis.
