Great gels for a run. Easy to open and take while running. Taste good and give the boost needed to carry on.

They're a little smaller than the Science in Sport versions, and not quite as distinct in flavour. But they don't taste bad. Just not much of anything. Being smaller, you can carry more, and have a little wiggle room to pack them into those little corners that other items get too squashed into They're also cheaper per item, and when I've used them, have given me the energy to keep going. I've used them before in previous years, and have never had any complaints

Really like this product. Though not a huge fitness person, I have used it a few times when in need of an extra spurt of energy working out, during a busy physical day or on way down a hill with shaky legs. Flavour is okay, I got the citrus one. Texture of Gel is a bit bizarre when you first have them, but just try not to think about it and it's okay after a few times trying. Will order again!

Seems like they were decent as my brother didn't complain when I got them for his birthday (hes a marathon runner... god knows why).

Don’t use these for sport, they are fantastic at bringing your glucose level back up when experiencing hypoglycaemia. Easy to carry in a bag or pocket and taste good. I use another brand of well known glucose drink - but in the UK high sugar / glucose drinks are taxed - therefor my usual brand reduced the glucose content. Would recommend these to anyone with insulin dependant diabetes to carry with you anywhere. Could be a life saver.

Good quality gels, very easy to use and full of nutrition to keep you going. Good taste, and would recommend.

Purchased these for half marathon training having tried a sample of a range of High5 products. These work brilliantly and are very easy to carry when out on long runs. They don’t have the same flavour as the 66g versions (these being 40g) but being lighter and smaller to pack on a run work great. It is well worth noting that these 40g versions have just the same amount of carbohydrate in as the 66g version so they perform very similar in delivering carbs on long exercises. Reasonable price, does the job. Can’t complain.

Früher habe die High5 Produkte in UK gekauft, nach dem Brexit gab es in der Eu nicht mehr. Die Verpackung der Tütchen ist sinnvoll und kann auch während der Fahrt geöffnet werden. Wenn etwas Übung hat, bleibt das geöffnete Teil am Rest verbunden und man nicht die Natur mit Plastikmüll. Die Konsistenz finde sehr gelungen, der Geschmack ist angenehm und der Inhalt ist ausgewogen. Auch bei Rad am Ring verwende ich Energietüten. Der Preis Top! Die Dextro Tüten sind viel teuerer, zu sauer und mit dem Schraubverschluss kann ich überhaupt nichts anfangen.

My husband loves these! They are the only gels he uses. The packaging on one box was a little damaged, but the product itself was not. Considering they were sent from the UK, I was impressed.
