I'm 65 and since my mobility has been so bad I desperately want to get back to full strength and not be a doddery old lady. This is a perfect addition to my regime. I'm sure my physio will be impressed. Review: its brilliant.. - Have only just started using this dvd ... its brilliant ... caroline makes it easy and enjoyable to do ... already feeling good about myself ... and am looking forward to seeing the results ... and a flat tummy !!!! ... i broke my back years ago ... this is helping already with the pain .. and getting movement back in areas that tended to be stiffened up ... love it :)) big 5 stars

Excellent - but it's not 10 minutes per day!
This is a great dvd to work towards flatter abs. I started to see a difference in a couple of days. The exercises are targeted and you can certainly feel them working. The only reason I have given this 4 starts instead of 5 is because I thought this was a dvd with seven 10 minute routines which were rotated over 30 days - perfect if you're short of time. You can use the dvd this way if you wanted; but to follow the 30 day plan (which is the point of the dvd) there is a different set of exercises each day for 30 days. The early days are the ones with the least amount of exercises in them but by the time you get towards the end of the 30 days you can be doing 5 sets of exercises per session; which clearly is much longer than 10 minutes. I think this should have been made clear before you buy it as some people just don't have the time. Had I known this I probably wouldn't have bought this dvd. But, that said, it does work so it's not a waste of money.

CHUFFED WITH THIS CD
This arrived quickly and I've watched the first part in preparation and it all looks to be 'doable' and certainly at a pace I can manage. Very simple explanation in the intros about what you're about to undertake and why and it all makes sense.

Good dvd
As a beginner, this has been a great introduction to Pilates. Clear instructions at a good pace. The well laid out menu makes it easy to choose shorter or longer workouts. I’m pleased with the results so far!

Perfect for beginners, practical for busy people!
Easy to use and the 30 day option picks the workouts for you. The 30 days option also builds the workouts up gradually which was very useful. I use most days.

Excellent beginners dvd
I am in my fifties and wanted a work out I will keep to. Tried this and I have really enjoyed it. I haven’t progressed much but I am working o the basics first. Very clear instructions.

Tired of disliking my midsection, I ordered this DVD. I've REALLY enjoyed it. I've noticed a difference in my midsection and feel much stronger. The added core strength has helped me in ballet class and I'm finally feeling on the right track to tackle this problem area. The workouts are relaxing yet effective. I've just finished the 30 day plan but will definitely keep this dvd as my go-to abs workout. One thing I must note that I thought was especially nice in the set-up of the DVD is the 30 day workouts are organized by day - so if the plan says to do 2 or 3 sections, they are already cued up - you just pick the day you're on and the corresponding workouts play, one right after another. That was different than other DVDs I got where you had to go in and out of the menu to do the prescribed sections. However, once you've done the 30 day plan, you can still access all the individual sections separately. Something simple but so convenient. Highly recommend!

This perky Aussie gives good direction so you can concentrate on your form without having to watch the screen. She demo's well and the sets are not distracting, the music is calming and the workouts do what's promised. They build daily with progressively more challenge added as your muscles respond.
