I purchased a neck strap which was a direct fix to my camera. This was a pain when I wanted to use the camera on a sling or with a wrist strap and so I got some of these. They are not cheap but seem well made and secure and are an ideal solution to give flexibility to how you secure and carry your camera if you have a fixed neck strap.

I think these are an absolute must, especially if you change from neck strap to hand strap. These versatile clips save a lot of hassle; I use them on two Nikons, I suspect they will fit any camera. They are sturdy and well made. I have been looking for something like this for ages. Tish

These are pretty good quality connectors. But be warned: The OpTech site - has these down as usable with the Sony RX100 but they are too thick to fit through the RX100's ridiculously tiny lugs. 4 stars - mine had some pretty hefty moulding flash. Other than that pretty solid.

Currently using one of these to adapt a crafted leather camera strap to be interchangeable with my OP/tech strap. I can see these being quite useful for securing a range of things to camera, camera bag etc

Strong until they wear through. Have had a number fail or very close to fail all due to the cord 1.5 mm wearing through at the point of connection with the camera. The natural swing of the camera slowly chaffs the cord resulting in failure.

There are other, similar-looking, cheaper connectors available. But I've been using OpTech for decades without issue, so why would I want to entrust equipment costing thousands to no-name alternatives just to save a couple of quid, fingers crossed? Nope, I'll stick to the brand I know and trust, thanks all the same. I find OpTech's connectors less styled but less bulky than another quality Popular Design. So they'll do me just fine.

Great connectors in the Op/Tech range. I have a huge range of connectors from Op/Tech (for over 20 cameras!) and I find their versatility and quality inspires confidence. These ones are smaller and fit the 'D-lugs' on some older film cameras. They also fit compact cameras, small binoculars, etc. Highly recommended.

This is a device all photographers should own. I like the fact it easy to remove the camera lens and shoulder strap with this clip.

Muy buena calidad de los conectores. Puedo intercambiar correas con mis cámaras o utilizarlas sin correas fácilmente. Hacer cualquiera de estas maniobras no toma más de unos segundos por cámara. Son seguros de usar siempre y cuando se tomen en consideración algunos puntos antes de intalarlos. Es importante que revisen los ojales de su cámara y confirmar que no haya rebabas que puedan cortar eventualmente el cordón. La marca de correas Simplr que utiliza estos mismos conectores tiene instrucciones detalladas de instalación en su página web.

Es la forma mas comoda y segura (explico porque es segura), para`poder cambiar rapida y comodamente de correa para la camara. Para los que piensen en que es un riesgo el tener una camara sujeta por dos enganches rapidos de plastico, les indico la forma en que yo lo soluciono.Busqué unas bridas pequeñas de 3mm -las hay en el mercado- y con ellas sujeto la parte del enganche de la correa, a la parte del enganche de la camara.Como es negra, se confunde perfectamente con el enganche, y no se nota absolutamente nada...Existen enganches rapidos a la venta, que se acoplan perfectamente a los enganches de OP/TECH, y asi puedes cambiar todas tus correas

d accord avec le precedent commentaire livraison 4eme vitesse impec !! ce petit accessoire est parfait .. se glisse dans les arceaux du boitier sans difficulte cote connection monté sur une sangle J J C du bonheur !! j ai beau tirer dessus rien ne cede ( je redoutais un peu que ce ne soit que de la ... mais cela tiens et bien ) precision : reçu un sachet de 2 paires et non 2 pieces les dimensions indiquees sont bien en mm manque log totale 6,4 cm diam corde 1,5 mm enfin le materiel dont je revais pour retirer ma sangle sans complications et rapidement RECOMMANDE SANS HESITER UNE SECONDE
