This is really amazingly good hand cream! It is extremely moisturising, and yet it doesn't leave a greasy film all over your hands. It melts into your skin really quickly. It has an unusual texture for hand cream, almost a little hard/crunchy, but once you start rubbing it into your hands, it goes liquid and is instantly absorbed. I use it on my nails/cuticles and feet too. My husband loves it for his dry hands. It doesn't have a fragrance, so it just smells like any fragrance free cream. You only need to use very little, so it is good value for money. Especially considering how well it works. Well worth the price. I bought 2 jars in December, and they are both still half full, with both my husband and I using it. This is the only hand cream I will be using from now on. The jar is a little inconvenient for "on the go", and I have seen that it also comes in a tube, but I feel like the consistency in a tube would have to be different since the one in the jar isn't really squeezable, so I am scared to try the tube. Easy to apply, more like a balm that a traditional cream. seems to work well. Would give 5 stars if it was antiseptic. I continue to use Brulidine antiseptic cream for bleeding cracks or cuts to block infection

This cream is excellent. I suffer with badly cracked, chapped hands, and O’Keeffe’s has made such a difference. I put it on before bed and wear cotton gloves, and by morning my hands look and feel so much better. It’s rich without being greasy, absorbs well, and really helps to heal and soften dry skin. As someone with contamination OCD who has also recently had a baby my hands were extremely dry, sore and cracked from frequent handwashing/sterilising etc. I had tried so many hand creams, relentlessly applying several times a day. This cream has been INCREDIBLE. I am on day 4 and my hands haven’t felt this soft in months. Although it can be a little greasy at first, it absorbs pretty quickly. My skin feels healed!! I also like the non slip rim around the jar so your hand doesn’t slip when trying to open it. I really can’t fault this item.

Good stuff paid £5.99 for the smaller size but that’s fine a little goes a long way literally a pea size amount t is all you need , it’s good stuff and Costs a premium but at £6 it’s fair for how far it goes and how good it is . I personally would not pay more as £6 for this size tub £6 is about its max value ( seen it elsewhere for up to £8.99 !!! ) Get it on a deal and it’s 💯 % recommend from me .

Best hand cream ever. I've hand rough hands for decades, I've even been to the doctors about it. Used this new cream, and even after several washes my hands are still soft.
