amFilm Nintendo Switch Screen Protector (2 Pack), Premium Tempered Glass Screen Protector for Nintendo Switch

I've had sevral screen protectors for several devices but I think I've found a new go to screen protector supplier. After a recommendation from Nintendeal's twitter I took the plunge, and I have no regrets. The application guide was the best I've ever seen or read, I would highly advise reading through all the guide before even thinking about application as it contains useful tips that are not necessary but extremely helpful for any screen protector application. The steps were clear and so long as the instructions are followed the application should be perfect. Following the "additional" instructions is also advisable as it ensures a great application. My favourite feature of the product is the supplied wet and dry screen cleaning wipes. I had heard of those types of wipes but I always thought they were nothing special and a waste of money, however these wipes proved me wrong, they made the screen crystal clear after the first run, these were brilliant for a perfectionist like me as I could easily clear the screen of any dust particles or small dirt strings. I may even just buy the wipes for future use because they are so great. The screen protector has a easy 3 stage application and can be done by anyone as long as the instructions are followed, after application I found zero air bubbles and no prisim effect occured. The screen protector doesn't interfere with the Switch's touchscreen or visual output and feels sturdy. My only negative, which is completely my fault, is that I accidentally got dust on the adhesive side of the protector, I peeled the edge of the screen protecor and removed the spec of dust with the supplied dust removal sticker, however this was after the initial application so when I layed the corner back down the tip of the edge wasn't as adhesive, causing it to be slightly raised. However this again was my fault as it was only a speck of dust which was gathered to my leisurely appliance speed and I should have peeled the screen of in a more careful manner. However this isn't so bad as 2 screen protectors are provided so if the protector worsens or my ocd gets the best of me I have a second protector to use :)

I've had this product on for a couple of weeks now and couldn't be happier. Contents: There's 2 protectors in the pack, a microfibre cleaning cloth, 4x screen cleaning cloths (2 wet and 2 dry), a cardboard square to remove air bubbles and a set of stickers to remove any dust or hair that may get stuck to the protector before application (if you're in a particularly dusty environment). Application: Very easy. There are two tags you can hold on either side, this allows you to line up the protector before committing to sticking it on the Switch. Using this I was able to get an almost perfect application on my first go. As always there will be a few bubbles present when you first apply the protector but these come out really easy. I was left with zero bubbles after spending ~30 seconds using the piece of included cardboard to squeeze out the few I had. Quality: Fantastic! I think the Switch actually looks better with it on as the screen now actually looks like glass rather than plastic, the fit is perfect and I don't notice it on my Switch at all. This is coming from someone who hates screen protectors on phones.

Was on the fence about getting screen protectors as I had already spent quite a bit extra on accessories and anything I had on past gaming devices had a slight tint, affecting colours. After cleaning the screen with the wipes supplied, I noticed some very subtle scratches down the side of my screen. Not as bad as those reporting deep scratches from a faulty dock and only noticeable when the screen was completely clean, but I was glad to get the protector on in any case. Much easier to apply than previous protectors, which I believe may be down to the firmness of it in comparison to the bendy ones I've had in the past. Applied in a matter of seconds with one tiny bubble on the edge that was easily squashed out with the card. The outer films both peeled off with ease. Definitely much clearer than anything I've used in the past, very sturdy, and doesn't seem to attract much in the way of fingerprints compared to the device's screen. My only gripe would be that it's a bit harder to get it into the dock now. I don't have to jam it by any means, but I do certainly have to guide into place a bit more.

My son recently got a Nintendo Switch and of course me being safety concerned wanted to buy a protective screen cover because if that thing gets cracked/broken then it literally is game over! I went for this product due to the good reviews plus the fact you get 2 screen protectors in the pack and apparently a lifetime warranty too! THE PACKAGING In terms of how it arrived I've got to admit I really like the packaging. Its a smart looking, durable slim cardboard case that opens up like a folder to reveal its contents. Inside you get: 2 x amfilm Tempered Glass Screen Protectors 2 x Alcohol Cleaning Wipes Dust Removal stickers, Squeeze card, Instruction Manual. THE REVIEW: The quality of the glass/protector is actually very high. It is ultra clear and apparently 9H Hardness which is great for scratch protection yet alone peace of mind. Its pretty easy to install with lots of helpful features to make it almost stress free too. Having added many a screen protector to my phone, wife's phone, mums phone etc I'm quite use to applying these. With this screen protector it is a pretty quick and fairly easy job thanks to its additional features. For example the screen protector itself has two covers (one on each side) to allow you to grip it, hold it without causing damage or getting dust and fingerprints all over it. The cleaning wipes are a big help too so you can remove any dirt from the screen before applying the protector. (You also get a dry cloth too so you can remove any moisture after cleaning). To place on the screen protector (after cleaning the actual screen) you hold the labelled 1st side of the screen protector cover and place it approx where you want to go using the supplied handles. Then remove the first protective layer and again thanks to the handles you can firmly place it exactly where you want on the screen. Once it is all touching the screen you will see it begin to self adhesive and this is where I find the problems can begin. No matter how much I've cleaned the screen and considering that this protector is meant to have a zero bubble guarantee - I always end up with at least one bubble. Ive tried everything. It never happens on my phone covers so not too sure why its happening with this one. This is the second purchase of this screen protector because overall I do like them and luckily my son doesn't mind the odd bubble. For me however I get very frustrated and always (so far) end up having to use both screen protectors in one go. It does show fingerprints too but that is to be expected as they appear without the screen protector on too. Maybe its me I dont know, but its happened with both orders hence only the 4 stars. OVERALL: I do like this screen protector and I will continue to buy them, Just wish I could solve the bubbles issue! But apart from that Im very happy with it. It does do the job of protecting your screen, has a good (and almost stress free) way of attaching it to the Nintendo Switch, and most importantly it protects it without covering up any of the sensors etc.

I like using screen protectors because they do actually work. Finding good ones amongst the many available is the hard part. I have used various screen protectors on iPad minis, iPhones, two 3DS XL, a Vita and a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, and all have had perfect screens once the protectors have been removed. I purchased a Switch this morning. I think was the last stand alone boxed Switch in the country, as unit checks on the internet last night all said the same thing, and that was they were out of stock until late next month. So I am very lucky, methinks. I had previously purchased the amFilm protectors ready for when I did purchase a Switch. I wanted them to be applied as soon as the console was out of the box because I knew then that there would be no scratches on the screen. I was shocked because the shiny, new Switch did not have anything protecting its screen. It was in a bag inside the box. I was surprised because the protectors came in a little box. With thick cardboard. Each protector was individually wrapped, and everything else came in a bag. I threw the dust removal stickers in the bin, ran the shower in the bathroom for a few minutes, and wiped the screen with the supplied cleaning cloth. I did not use the wipes. Now, I have bad eyes. I cannot judge distances easily, and co ordination is difficult. I may have applied many screen protectors in the past, but none of them have gone on very straight. (I get the same issues with putting up framed pictures on walls).This protector went on first try without any dust or bubbles. Peel off the tab, apply that side to the screen, and remove the upper tab. It was that easy. I didn't have to bother with water, dust removal stickers, or bad language. And of course it also went on wonky, being out by about 1mm. But I can live with that, if I shut one eye, tilt my head and squint a bit. At least the screen is protected. (The wonkiness is my fault). And I have one spare protector left. Which I will keep for future use, if it is needed.

I purchased this screen protector because the one provided with Nintendo's Official carrying case, while serving me well for six months, had started to get a little scuffed up - probably due to the fact I'm frequently docking and undocking my Switch. This set comes highly recommended, and the recommendations don't lie - the protector feels decently hefty and high-quality, so I'm quite sure it'd survive a bump or a drop; the included screen cleaning equipment is all considerably higher quality than the usual expectations I have for even first-party screen protector kits and the instructions and application process are all clear and simple to understand -- though my own haste in applying the screen protector caused a couple of really large air bubbles to form, one of which was in the very centre of the screen. I tried re-applying the protector, which eliminated the air bubbles, but has caused the adhesiveness to be completely lost in one small corner. It's not a world-ending problem, and was self imposed, but it needs to be stated - do not try re-applying a screen protector. you have the one chance to do it and that's that. Of course, due to the set coming with two, I'll probably just apply the second protector down the line if the corner is proving irritating when playing outdoors. Excluding this, my only real problem with the screen protectors is that when docking my system, it feels a little tight, like there's very little room for clearance between the screen protector and the dock, and that worries me that if the system gets bumped while docked, that might scuff or scratch the screen protector. Ultimately though, if you take your time and follow the instructions carefully - these screen protectors justify their price tag by actually being worth what you're paying; and are considerably higher quality than any other screen protector kit - official or unofficial, I have ever used for any system.

The package provides everything you need to prepare your screen for the glass protector. Not only that, but it provides two glass protector films. And the installation proved to be way easier than it seemed at first. I thought I would screw up and use the second film, as I am a little clumsy. But not only did I manage to place it with my first try, I didn't even need to use the included card to remove any bubbles, because there weren't any! That was a first for me, for any screen protector I have used over the years (cell phones, 3ds, psp, wii u). There is no loss of colors of the screen and, being a glass film, your fingers flow better on the touchscreen than the cheap plastic screen the Nintendo Switch has. Also, there is no hindrance on the docking phase. Some people say it fits better in the dock with the added screen protector, but there is no real noticeable change. My only negative point is the delayed delivery of the product, but I am not gonna cut a star over something like this. Also, I think it should have looked better if there wasn't a cutout for the light sensor, since the protector is advertised for having 99,9% transparency (the light sensor doesn't do anything other than adjusting the automatic brightness of the screen anyway).

An excellent product, with fantastic results providing the application is undertaken extremely carefully. Practice manoeuvring the tempered glass panel into place. Practice a lot, as the final application must be swift - dust particles accumulate with frightening speed. Watch youtube videos for demonstrations of applying the screen Take your time carefully cleaning the Switch's plastic screen; be aware that the wet alcohol cleaning cloths are very wet indeed. Dry off the screen with the Dry wipe, and apply the protector as quickly, but precisely as possible - as soon as the film is removed from the glass, it, and the Switch's screen, will begin attracting dust. I used the 'bathroom methid' - creating stream via the shower to help reduce dust in the air. I also used a headlamp torch to illuminate dust - once it's trapped under the glass it isn't getting out again! Take your time swiping out any air bubbles which may form. I had to use both protectors as the Switch screen was gathering dust after I'd removed the film on the glass panel. Ended up with dust in both screen and panel - cleaned the switch screen again, and used the second panel. Result is as close to perfect as I could get without access to a NASA clean room... Take time. Practice. Try not to panic!

Este juego de protectores son perfectos para Nintendo Switch, tienen la forma redondeada y las aperturas perfectas para las bocinas y sensor de la consola de forma que no obstruyan para nada su funcionamiento. A simple vista ni siquiera se percibe que la consola tiene una mica instalada y habla de la calidad y precisión con la que está hecha. Su instalación es muy fácil e incluye un pequeño folleto con las instrucciones, trae su paño de limpiador, un kit de limpieza húmedo y seco y una tarjeta quita burbujas que realmente no necesité para la instalación pues cayó perfectamente en su lugar y sin necesidad de aplicar presión. En cuanto al acabado, los colores se ven igual de brillantes que cuando no trae mica puesta y un buen añadido es el paño limpiador que permite remover suciedad de la pantalla fácilmente. Creo que le quitaré la mica vieja a mi otro Nintendo Switch para aplicarle la segunda mica incluida.

This is honestly a great screen protecter. I received the protector in the mail and prepared immediately to put it on. There are directions and hints on how to apply your protector inside the box. On a side note, I just wanted to mention how well the putter box construction was. It made the experience feel much more high quality. So, one such hint which many here in the reviews have mentioned as well is to steam up your restroom and apply the protector in there. It keeps dust from flying around so much and eventually landing back on your screen before applying your new screen protecter. The glass is a perfect fit, with almost no excess screen that isn't covered. If you take your time and have paitence along with using the sticker system to line up the glass before hand and then apply your glass protector, there is an almost 0% chance of screwing it up. When you drop the glass initially different sections of the glass will start to stick at random spots. Much like how glass protectors are applied to cell phone screens, start with giving the middle a firm push on the glass to start the seal. Afterwards from that middle spot you should work your way from the middle to the outside edges to press out any trapped bubbles that may show up. I've seen a few video tutorials on how to apply this exact glass protector and the instructor manages to get air bubbles stuck, at least initially. When I did mine the way mentioned above the couple bubbles I did have were small and already close to the edge, and were easy to rub out with just a couple swipes of my thumbs. No card or excessive rubbing needed. I bought this protector as a means of protection from the news/rumors that the dock was scratching the screen. So mine remained out of the dock until this protector could arrive. I am very happy it came so quickly. I too agree with many reviews noting that with this glass on the switch is a much more snug fit. I don't believe it will be an issue if you are someone who normally treats your equipment with care. Otherwise for those who don't or are worried about your kids habits with the machine, maybe keep an eye out on it to check for the protector sliding out of its original position over time or maybe even cracks. If that indeed becomes the case, you'll be even happier that for this price two protectors come included. So overall I really like this glass protector over many I've bought before. It also feels so nice over the Switch screen. I think most can appreciate that. I look forward to seeing how it holds up over time and of course if any issues arise I will update my review with that situation.

Avec l'arrivée dans mon foyer d'une Switch, j'ai immédiatement voulu protéger son écran. En effet, j'avais lu des articles invoquant des défauts de série qui amenaient des rayures et autres problèmes, aussi me suis-je tout de suite mis en recherche d'une protection même si je ne suis pas fan de ce genre de produit. J'ai déjà eu l'occasion d'acheter des protections pour différents écrans par le passé, notamment pour téléphone portable. A chaque fois j'avais des bulles sous l'écran de protection après la dépose, des micropoussières ou d'autres cochoncetés qui venaient me rappeler à chaque instant que j'avais posé une protection sur mes écrans. C'est pour celà que je voyais ce genre de produit comme une nécessité mais également comme une contrainte. Je n'envisageais rien de plus lorsque j'ai passé la commande de ce kit de protection pour écran. Eh bah j'étais loin de me rendre compte que j'avais acheté une perle ! En effet, la pose est simple, les écrans sont niquels, je n'ai pas une bulle ni une poussière suite à l'installation ; c'est bien simple: je ne me rends même pas compte que j'ai mis une protection d'écran sur ma Switch. Cela va faire plusieurs semaines que j'ai installé le produit et à ce jour je n'ai aucune rayure. Je ne sais pas dire si c'est parce qu'elle protège bien l'écran ou parce qu'elle n'a pas été sollicitée, mais pour l'heure je ne me prononce pas sur la protection. Je recommande néanmoins pour la simplicité d'utilisation, la mise en place et le guide présent dans le kit.

He recibido hace unas horas este pedido, me he dispuesto a instalar y he quedado tan satisfecho que voy a comentaros aspectos y mostraros su contenido. Para empezar la caja en la que viene es de un material muy resistente para evitar que el contenido sufra golpes y nuestros cristales templados puedan venir rotos (vienen 2 unidades). El contenido que viene en su interior es: 2 x Cristales templados para Nintendo Switch (adaptados a borde de pantalla negro, con los recortes necesarios para cámara y sensores. 2 x Kit de toallita humeda y toallita seca para limpiar la pantalla y secarla a posteriori. 1 Juego de 6 pegatinas para quitar motas de polvo del cristal (no he necesitado usarla) 1 Toallita de Microfibra 1 Tarjeta rígida de cartón para desplazar el aire debajo del cristal si fuera necesario. 1 Instrucciones de instalación algo genéricas y en ingles, fácil de entender siguiendo los dibujos que nos guían. El proceso de instalación es bien sencillo de hecho viene un cartelito que te advierte que limpies la pantalla perfectamente para evitar tener burbujas por motas de polvo. Cada cristal viene en una funda de plástico blanco acolchado para que permanezca intacto y aislado de cualquier otro producto de la caja. Un detalle que me ha gustado mucho es que el cristal trae la típica pegatina con el numero 1, para quitarla y ponerla por ese lado contra la pantalla, pero es el otro lado el que tiene el sistema interesante, pues nos ayuda a colocarlo sin necesidad de tocar el cristal en ningún momento, evitando así manchar la pantalla que acabamos de limpiar. Se trata de 2 asas laterales con las que guiar el cristal a su posición correcta, una vez colocado y terminadas las burbujas retiraremos este plástico y tendremos la consola lista para su disfrute. Sobretodo paciencia, manos bien limpias y secas, y hacerlo en un entorno en el que no tengais polvo, viento o nada que pueda mancharos o la pantalla o el cristal a la hora de pegarlo Si aún habiendo quitado las burbujas seguís viendo que hay como pequeños rastros de pegamento detrás que no llega a ser aire y no se va, no os preocupéis.. el pegamento que llevan estos cristales en unas horas se amolda a la superficie dejándola cristalina totalmente, este efecto es mínimo y apenas se aprecia. Como única pega que le puedo poner si es que lo fuera para alguien, es el grosor del cristal es un 0,33 mm , quizás una versión en 0,25 nos dejaría mas fina la consola y entraría en el dock sin problema alguno. El principal motivo de ponerle un cristal templado es primero no manchar o rayar la pantalla original y segundo que el dock que diseño Nintendo no pueda rayar los laterales de la pantalla, aunque sea en la parte no visible de esta (bordes negros). Sin duda recomiendo estos cristales y por el precio que tienen tienes 2 unidades. Sin duda un acierto
