Cyber Acoustics 3.5mm Stereo Headset (AC-5002) – Durable, Crisp, and Clear Communication in Classrooms and at Home

I bought these for work as I have MS Teams meetings every day and they work great. For *MY* work computer though, I had to buy an adapter cord that would split the headphones and microphone into two separate inputs as headphones and microphone are treated differently on that specific computer. No big deal, it was about $15 here on Amazon. The headset plugs into that adapter cord, and then the two adapter plugs into the computer, one for microphone and one for headphones. As to the sound/mic quality, I've received feedback (no pun intended) from my co-workers that I sound very clear and there is no static or other feedback when we are having a call (unlike my previous headset that was complete junk, also bought here on Amazon in January). A good headset is a must these days of constant teleworking and conference calls. They have the what I call "Princess Leia" earmuff style design, but they don't squeeze my head to death, and I don't have to remove my earrings like I did with my old set. I also wear glasses, and this set doesn't squeeze my ears to make them hurt as the back of my ears would press into my glasses temples and cause pain after about 10 minutes of wear. (I hope that makes sense.) In simple terms, they're comfortable. :) Good value too, as Amazon's price was half that of the manufacturer's.

Great sound and mic for work calls. Was having issues with my usb plug in headphones and when I switched to this set no more dropped calls. Only one downside is the cushions on you ears are a bit small and sometimes uncomfortable on ear piercings.

These are excellent headphones, that's true. And I was looking for something at a lower price just to use with my flip-phone. I don't use the phone much, but when I do use it, I'm talking for fairly long periods at a time. I don't like having to hold the phone while I'm talking. I don't like to set it down somewhere, then inadvertently walk away and pull the phone off the counter or something. I wanted a headset with a mic, that works with today's dual-purpose headphone jacks. This was my choice. And it works. My only gripe, which will lead to my eventually replacing it, is the padded earpieces don't allow any air circulation. These are acceptable, certainly. They do reduce external noise quite well. But I think I'd rather have something a little more lightweight, with either foam ear covering or perhaps just 1 earpiece. I do want over-the-head, and I do want a microphone. I see there are sets like that, a little more expensive. But I think for my purposes it would be more suitable. These are marketed as a lower price point, especially for classrooms and younger students. I don't really need the inline volume control, but it's not a problem having it. I think I'm more in the category of a customer service or support person who's on the phone regularly. A more typical headset for that would be the single earpiece, the head band, and a lightweight mic. I just thought I could get away with a lower price, and indeed, as I've learned over my lifetime: You get what you pay for. Very well made, and certainly a high-quality frequency response! In fact, I used these to do audio "emails," that included bits of music. I was somewhat shocked at how good the music reproduction was done! Not quite recording studio level, but absolutely passable! During recordings, the microphone did a very decent job, too! I recorded through Audacity, and then edited using these same earphones. I'm impressed! But I bought them to talk on the phone for an hour or two at a time. I end up with a bit of pressure irritation on the ears, and a "heated" sensation from lack of air circulation. Verdict: They work, they're inexpensive, they have great sound quality, but... they bug me. :-)

This is a great headphone for the price. Everyone in my meetings can hear me clearly and the really help dampen the noise around me. They are comfortable to wear and the cord was long than expected which was great.

The audio output from these headphones provide a much better quality than my old headphones that I previously had purchased on Amazon. One thing I would suggest is that these headphones do not extend far enough to completely cover my ears, they barely cover the entire ear. I guess I have a bigger head than others, haha, but maybe a notch or 2 might satisfy other customers, in case, they may have an issue. In addition, my cord continues to bind up in loops and every 3-5 days I have to disconnect and untwist the cord.

This headphone set was recommended to me by a fellow mom, and it's a really well made set for the cost. It's durable, and my kid tosses this into their backpack daily and it works just fine. It also got a bit wet when my child's water bottle leaked in their backpack with the headphones in it, and the headphones work just fine (after we wiped it up). The volume control is on the wire, and is large enough for small hands to adjust themselves. There is also a fold-able mouthpiece if it's needed, such as for gaming purposes. It's a great headset, and we'd purchase this again if this one ever broke. The parts on it aren't janky and flimsy either!

This headphones are great and very comfortable. Whenever, I use this headphones it makes the other person think I am right next to them because of the clarity of sound and noise cancelling features. Great product for the price!
