Pure Raw Honey 1 kg (Forest Field)

The honey is great, a little sweeter than Buckwheat and Sunflower but still tastes great. Honey is always packaged in corrugated cardboard to avoid spillages and breaks, then in another sealed box which is then placed into the Amazon box. I’ve never had any delivery issues with this company. The honey tastes great and is sometimes a little runny and others more firm and not movable until heated slightly. This is because of however it is stored in the warehouse, is in transit etc but putting it on a window sill in the sun will bring it to normal texture. Swift delivery, well packaged and delicious honey. I’d recommend Baltic Honey Shop’s Buckwheat, Sunflower and Forest Field honeys.

If you are, like myself, trying raw/local honey for the first time I suggest you choose the 'Wild Flower' flavour.I have tried both Wild Flower and Forest Field flavours.Wild Flower: Pale white/yellow in colour. Very sweet and has a familiar flavour to typical shop bought honey. Completely delicious and everything I hoped for. The seller told me this is the mildest flavour, but it is still intensely sweet and has some other flavour notes to it.Forest Field: Dark brown in colour. Has a very pungent smell similar to blue cheese or a barn of goats. Having read about this online, this is quite normal for raw honey and is harmless. As such I suggest avoiding this flavour unless you are familiar with raw honey and will not be put off by the smell. If you read the negative reviews on here most of them talk about this smell. I can eat this honey but it is less enjoyable and I intend to use it for mixing into hand soap etc, ie for the medicinal benefits rather than flavour.I hope this helps you make the right decision on which flavour to choose.

Needs knifing out the jar, but jar is huge and the product scrummy.

The honey had crystallised and the texture was horrible !I bought this as a gift and the recipient was really disappointed.There is no way this honey is going to be eaten ! Its a kilo jar !!Last time I ordered honey from this company it was delicious.. smooth, creamy and light. THIS jar was sugary and super SUPER sweet :(I was about to treat myself to a jar too but now I shan't.Even more disappointed that I can't get a refund or replacement.Edit:Following on from my disappointment I connected Baltic Honey direct who were fantastic!Their speed of response to my complaint was impressive. They acted quickly and replaced the honey with a different variety.The honey came very well packaged and in a glass jar , which I love.The taste of the honey is great.The excellent customer service has meant I will remain a customer with Baltic Honey Shop.Thanks again for your excellent service !

First Jar:I have been trying different honeys from different brands at different price ranges. So far this was the best honey I tasted. Old fashioned, real, nice smelling honey. Great!Second Jar: I try to support local producers in the UK, bought honey from ındependent honey makers but ended up buying baltic honey as well... Although it is online shopping, although it is pricey, the texture, the rawness, the purity is irreplaceable.Fifht Jar: Honey now has become an essential product in our kitchen, like water, like salt. Every time I use this honey, I just adore the smell, texture and then taste. Hardly stop myself... But hey Baltic Honey, you just don't stop giving us the best honey out there....

Order a few flavours for my family, they have a deeper taste than your regular hilltop honey for sure and each have a flavour of their ownForest Field - quite intensely sweet with a strong floral taste at the endLime and flower - creamed, spreadable texture - quite sweet with strong floral taste and a lemonly, lime after tasteOrchard - Not as sweet, taste something like apple sauce but as a honeySweet Field - probably one of the sweetest out of the ones I purchased, deep colour (with a note of brown sugar)I like the orchard the most, where as my family like the first twos. This is the best honey I bought in my whole life. I am honey-addicted as I have a chronic predisposition to have sore throat. I tried many types of honey and I can ensure this is the best. It reminds me of the proper raw honey produced in my hometown's farms. It smells, tastes and looks like proper honey indeed, and it helped straight away my sore throat. Stop buying runny honey for 2 pounds produced by famous brands and go for this amazing raw honey! I highly recommend this product!

Exactly what I was looking for. I can confirm it tastes like a 100% natural honey 🍯. My grandfather was a beekeeper, so I grew up with those 15-20l tins of honey, which were later poured out into 1kg jars (like this one). It brought back a lot of memories and I just received it half an hour ago. For those who are unaware and purchase it in the UK - expect it to be solid, it's normal for lower temperatures. If you want it in a liquid state - just steam it. In any case it will naturally liquidify during hot months. I don't often write reviews, but this is definitely something that deserves one. Will definitely purchase again 🐝 🍯

Vi giuro è forse uno dei mieli più buoni che abbia mai assaggiato in vita mia.Ha una fragranza, delicatezza e sapore incredibili.Profuma! In bocca da la sensazione di qualcosa di setoso e spesso.Ha una consistenza grezza, decisa e vi giuro sembra appena tirato fuori dall'arnia.Avete presente quella sgradevole sensazione che da il miele comune? Che dopo un pò tende a disgustare?Ecco, con questo miele e sembra incredibile, non esiste.Vi giuro, mai provato niente del genere e a questo prezzo.Non do quasi mai cinque stellette ma questo prodotto se le merita tutte. Spettacolare.

J'avais des appréhensions à l'idee d'acheter du vrai miel sur Amazon, et meme à reception du produit, j'avais toujours des doutes, mais dès que j'ai pris une cuillerée j'etais agreablement surpris, Ce miel est simplement délicieux. Il est crémeux et onctueux. Et je regrette pas. Au contraire je vais partager autour de moi. Par contre, au vendeur, faite un effort pour baisser le prix. 17€/kg c'est bien, mais pas à la portée de tous, surtout pour ceux habitué à acheter du miel surtraité en supermarché.

Miel con olor y sabor muy diferente, fuerte y especial. Es de color café con leche y solida tipo mantequilla pues se puede untar y sacar fácilmente con la cuchara. No sabría decir a que sabe pero algo así como con un toque a hierbas. Es tan diferente que puede no gustar aunque a mi juicio merece la pena probarla aunque sólo sea por degustar un nuevo sabor de la miel tan distinto a lo que siempre hemos conocido. A mie da la sensación de que estoy probando la miel en su estado puro! .Le doy un 10 por ello.

Es una miel pura, sin tratar, no tiene nada que ver con las mieles del supermercado. Está muy rica, aunque el sabor es diferente, viene cristalizada y aunque se la ponga al baño maría es muy espesa, lo que demuestra que no está tratada. Sin duda cuando se me agote volveré a comprar.

Il barattolo è da un chilo,buonissimo,il sapore non è per niente forte,assolutamente delicato...perfetto negli infusi ed anche da prendere al cucchiaino...piaciuto alle mie bimbe di 5 e 7...per cui assolutamente contenta!!!Comunque c è scritto sul barattolo a seconda del periodo della raccolta può variare il sapore! Poi amo quello solido e nn denso che scivola...
