I have PCOS and my periods are always very irregular, sometimes I can miss of for several months. I tried this method with my husband (also taking my temperature every morning) and now I'm 12 weeks pregnant. This really helped us to choose the right moment to try for a baby.It doesn't have batteries, works perfectly just letting your saliva dry and point to natural light. You'll need to nice at or drink for few hours before testing, I always did it at the mornings just waking up.I hardly recoment it over other saliva tests as it doesn't have an inner light that can make harder to control it.
