Great product and I found it genuinely gives pain relief to me

Tried on my painful shoulders & neck. Certainly helped . Also used on inside right knee which has a full knee replacement. I get nerve damage there & it certainly reduced that.

I bought this to help my arthritic ankle and thumb. It has been of some benefit, though I find it too strong for my thumb unless I put a barrier such as a folded cotton handkerchief between it and my skin.

I have to say, I'm quite disappointed with this device. Before buying, I tried the same model that belongs to my brother and I could just feel a pulse from it. I bought one, and I can barely use it. The sensation is a combination of burning and wasp stings. I mainly wanted to treat my knee joint,t and having tried different parts around the knee and using it through my clothing as the makers recommend, it is frankly painful. For the money, I don't think the device has a lot of thought put into it. For example, you are recommended to use for 30-second bursts. A timing device, such as a beep, would have given the product more credibility, as would the ability to moderate the current it is delivering.

I bought this item 3 weeks ago. Having used it 20-25 times I always found it painful to use, like needles being stabbed into my skin, and just less than a week ago I was using it in a dark room and noticed sparks coming from the tip which in my opinion should not only not be happening but is potentially dangerous and probably the cause of the pain I felt. I was very disappointed in this product as when I did use it the relief was very short lived around 5-10 minutes, not mentioned in any of the promotional videos online. I reached out to the company, Paingone.com, twice and had no response. Not only poor customer service but, considering this product could potentially start a fire due to the sparks coming from the tip extremely negligent regarding customer safety. I would not recommend this to anyone,indeed I would advise not to buy at all. I gave this product a rating of 1 star as the option to give none is not available but please read it as No stars.

I was very sceptical about this product, but I have to say on using it for the past two days it has improved my sciatica. I have been using a walking stick to get around the house for several weeks, but I have not needed to use it since using the pen. The pain hasn't completely gone but it's now manageable to carry out daily chores at home and in the garden.

It really works. My 2nd one as I gave the first one to my mum.

Was not sure what to expect with this, and read the reviews and took a chance. Glad I did. It has helped my long term knee pain immensely. Over the course of the first week of using this every day, several times a day, I noticed I was not struggling to straighten my knee as much. The pain relief isn't permanent, but with regular use, and moving the pen around the whole area that hurts (30 seconds on each area), I've not had to use as much pain medication. The sensation is a little like a very mild electric shock. It doesn't hurt, but it pulses. If you lose contact with the skin ever so slightly you can see the charge flicking from the pen and the clicking sound. I've also used the pen when I had some lower back ache, and it really helped. Again, I didn't need to resort to pain medication. I find using the pen regularly, and not just for 30 seconds, really does help. You must keep a proper grip on the pen though (as the instructions also tell you) as otherwise you can feel the pulse through the pen, which doesn't hurt but isn't good when you're trying to focus the pen on the pain point on your body.

Ich habe es gleich an 3 Körperstellen ausprobiert und zwei davon waren am nächsten Tag wie weggeblasen und die Dritte Stelle gleich viel besser. bin voll überzeugt 🤙🏽

No me gusta la sensación de descarga del dispositivo.

Leider ist der Impuls sehr stark und auch nicht regulierbar. Selbst mit Kleidung dazwischen ist es ein sehr unangenehmer "Stromschlag" anstatt eine nervale Stimulation. Daher absolut keine Alternative zum herkömmlichen TENS.

Me ha desilusionado totalmente, de entrada no tiene instrucciones en castellano y has de recurrir a Internet que no aclara mucho. Segundo la descarga es bastante fuerte y además hace chispa sino lo tienes bien cogido con toda la mano pero la mia es pequeña con lo cual tengo la chispa desagradable asegurada. Estoy pensando en devolverlo.

Absolut nicht zu vergleichen mit dem mechanischem. Würde sehr abraten von diesem Produkt.
