The Birds love it. So do I!
Fresh bird food which is obviously of a high quality and presented in a colourful bag. The birds certainly seem very happy with it. I would buy again.

Good value
I have been feeding our wild birds with mixtures from birdfood.co.uk. The birds loved the food, but the cost was getting extortionate - it s expensive and 2 full feeders was lasting less than 24 hours. There were always birds pecking at it, often 5 or 6 at a time. So how does this compare? It's much cheaper, but it's clean, smells wholesome and is free from moulds and trash as far as I can tell so it's good quality for what it is. The birds certainly noticed the difference however. Consumption went down and the feeders were lasting 4 days between fills. Now, after a couple of weeks, they have got used to it a bit and get through them in about 2 days. So the consumption rate has gone down, and the seed is much cheaper, so this is a much more sustainable option, as far as my pocket is concerned, anyway. If it helps, the birds we are getting on the feeders are blue, great and coal tits, nuthatch, robin (which I was surprised about) and on the ground there are pigeons, hedge and house sparrows and blackbirds. Since changing seed, we have started getting jackdaws (both on the feeders and the ground) and we have seen chaffinches on the ground a couple of times. It's noticeable that the birds now search in the feeder for the seeds they want rather than just eating. It may be possible to improve the palatability by adding some black sunflower, which I will try when I get some in. So, in summary, not the most appetising for the birds, but it will keep them from starving and is very good value. Oh, and I can confirm that I couldn't see any wheat in it.

Good value product
The main point for me to order this product was to try and find a product that is unattractive to wood pigeons. The week since i have been feeding this to my bird's i have noticed a marked decrease in Pigeon visits and the other species are getting a fairer share of the seed it seems to be a well balanced mix with seeds that appeal to a wide range of birds including daily visits from Chaffinches, Greenfinches, and Goldfinches also Sparrows and Starlings with this seed mix Blue and Great Tit's are showing a great deal more interest than with other mixes i have fed. My overall view of this product is it is well worth the money and is attractive to a wide range of bird species. I would recommend this product and would not hesitate in ordering again myself. This is my third order of this product Sept 2015 same quality as before. The pigeon problem has been cured by fixing with a screw a 5in plant pot dish to the base of my feeders. This has also stopped the majority of ground spillage as well. The plastic dishes are cheep and will not support a pigeons weight so they will over time loose interest the seed colected in the dish is eaten by small birds perching on the rim. Still a top class product now my garden is Pigeon free so me and the birds are happy.

All the seeds are eaten by a variety of birds, nothing left behind
After reading reviews from the RSPB website, I thought I would try it and I am highly delighted. This is the best that I have ordered and one of the cheapest. I bought this last year. I have ordered again this year and as well as the usual birds that visit my table I have had three different coloured Stock doves, which arrived yesterday, I am looking forward to tomorrow to see what turns up. Every bit is eaten. The stock doves peck up any that has been tipped on the floor. I am busy ordering more. Its Brilliant !! Thankyou

Only three stars
Finding over the last few purchases that the sunflower hearts in the food are very white and dry compared to the other sunflower hearts that I buy and the birds are not keen on eating them leaving them to the last whilst scoffing the other hearts that I buy separately.
