Hardy taste this powder, dissolves almost instantly, so no lumps if you stir quickly. Really works very fast and does a great job of making your insides work smoothly and comfortably. I am referring to the digestion of food. A word of caution would be to take half a spoon in half a pint of liquid to start. I tried a whole teaspoon on first day and my stomach seemed to explode with air and was very uncomfortable for half an hour. Now I have no problems as take half a spoon in the morning and still does an excellent job and makes me feel much better. Yes I have lost a few pounds in just a couple of weeks, which is an added bonus. Time will tell of this continues.

I ordered this for my dog as he has tummy issues. Then I read the reviews when I got it and started using it myself. Firstly, we eat a lot of veg and salads so I didn’t introduce myself slowly and have had no ill effect as a result. I have a teaspoon before bed mixed into a glass of water. I’ve noticed two things. I sleep much better and have a lot less of a grumbly tummy in the morning. I can’t say for sure it’s the inulin but it does seem like an odd coincidence. Rumbly tummy comes back when we go away and I don’t have my trusty bag for a night cap too or it could be the stress of sleeping away from home. Either way I’m pleased as it appears to have helped me with things I didn’t notice I needed help with.

I have diverticulosis so feel bloated and painful most of the time.This product has altered that for me.I used a teaspoonful to start with and was at the loo and windy ,but I read take it slowly I took a quarter of a teaspoon in a hot cocoa drink at night and after a week my stomach is flat and feels great.It definitely does something.so I will take this bag full and review and may be on it for life.

Was recommended this to help with my sleep patterns. Has helped me sleep through with occasional wake ups. Tasteless which is great!

Has this stuff changed . I simply hit buy again but it doesn't seem like the same stuff and it's certainly not working like the first couple of bags I got. Maybe my body is just getting used to it.?

I bought this to help with gut health as part of my weight loss regime and in the hopes it would help with constipation caused by prescription painkillers. I did. It helped so much! Going to the loo has gone from a battle to an easy every-morning thing so I can’t recommend this enough to anyone struggling with that. What I didn’t expect when I was researching this for gut help is that it was also good for sleep. When I read the other reviews that said it had helped with that I was hopeful but not expecting much for me as I have bipolar and PTSD which both cause issues with sleeping. I couldn’t believe it when it helped me with my sleep! I’m falling asleep much, much more quickly and staying asleep for longer in between my inevitable wake-ups. Even after those I’m falling straight back to sleep. So basically, this stuff is made of magic and if you’re struggling with your gut or your sleep, you need to try this!

Quite frankly, I thought this would probably be the worst thing to take for IBS(d type) but I thought I’d give it a go especially as I have high cholesterol (I suspect familial type) so it’s recommended for lowering that too. I’m not sure of the “makes you sleepy” effect, but I can say that it has made a most remarkable improvement to my IBS - I fortunately have never suffered constipation, quite the opposite, but this somehow seems to make it all calm down. I have suspected for a while I might have a type of SIBO, which would make sense if by taking this organic inulin powder, it calms it all down. Results are seen within just a couple of days and based on this, I can only recommend it wholeheartedly 100%!

I got this to help a leaky gut which I was sure I had. I then found while taking just a teaspoon in warm milk 90 minutes before bed, that I was starting to feel decidedly tired enough to sleep. I then noticed in the morning that I had slept right through the night. I used to think I was waking in the night because I needed the toilet but now I'm convinced I was waking and then feeling I should go. At times the bedcovers haven't been disturbed, meaning I haven't been tossing and turning. I never expected this from something helping leaky gut but when I did some amateur research I found there is a link between healing your gut and being able to sleep better. Totally recommend this. It has no taste and is a fine powder. You could mix it with food or take it in a drink or smoothie.
