there are a lot of things in this like cyclopentasiloxane??? But I'm not sure if they are silicones or not.

You can wear it in lieu of perfume. It smells like cotton candy so if you like that smell it is delicious. I love the perfume, so for me, I purchased both the hair perfume and the actual perfume. The hair perfume was for my daughter and the perfume was for me.
