I bought these after the resistance band that I had been using became a bit brittle and snapped. These bands are excellent quality and come in a range of resistances that will meet most needs. Bear in mind that these bands are fixed lengths that are not suitable for every exercise but they suited me well for my knee injury sessions suggested by my physio. I have a longer band for other core strengthening exercises. They come with a guide that suggests other uses and that is very useful, as is the portable case that they come in. A very good product indeed that suits my needs perfectly.

I have been using the band's mainly for activating the glutes and hips purposes.The quality of the band's is very satisfying, not tacky etc and the resistance progression of the set will definitely satisfying everyone's needs.Recommended!

These resistance bands are excellent quality for such a good price!! They are easy to use and the sheet provided with exercises is very useful, as is the video link you get in an email after purchase. They come in a little zip up bag, making it easy to store and take with you to the gym. I would highly recommend to any beginners, as they are so straightforward in usage!

These resistance are excellent quality and extremely durable. I use them all the time for my circuit classes in the gym I work at and have had no issues to date. I highly recommend them.

This product is very good quality. The width of the bands are fantastic because they don’t roll up when performing the exercises. I particularly like that they state what strength/resistance they are.. Absolutely fantastic for using with 1-2-1 clients. Excellent for targeting exercises for glute muscles..

Very affordable and do the job! Got them for my dad to use when he's travelling - they're small, come with a bag to put them in, and lightweight.
