It has a good rounded roast and flavour and is very easy to use. Pretty much mess free for much of the time. However, out of a bag of 50 coffee bags I can guarantee there will be at least 2 split bags. This morning I had my 9th split bag out of my last batch of 50. Sadly, its not always obvious the bag is split until it is in the water and coffee grinds are floating to the top. It completely spoils my morning cuppa and makes it a messy and unpleasant experience. Please, please, please can better quality control be employed. Otherwise I may have to change to a different product.
