It arrived within two days and came with everything shown plus all the cleaning cloths you need before attaching the screen protector on the front. Case fits perfectly, doesn't add any noticeable weight to it and protects the phone quite well. Wireless charging works just fine with mine. The hinge is a great addition to this case and makes it a bit more sturdy than cases that do not come with a hinge.

Not quite the color I expected I was actually looking for a Carolina blue for my husband and his flip phone but it does work for now and it does protect the phone so he decided to keep it it's different but true to the description and the quality is great.

I was hesitant to purchase any item without actually seeing it first. But i had no choice. I had dropped my phone off of a warehouse dock at work ( about a 5 ft drop) and although the case i had on it at the time protected my phone, the case itself did not survive the fall. I could not remember the name of the case I had purchased before so I had to wing it and just buy another one. I can only hope that this one will do as good a job as the last one. But unfortunately I won't know until it is put to the test like the last one. This one seems just slightly thinner than the last one I had. The fit is good so that is a plus. It feels good in my hand, not slippery. I do wish it felt a little thicker on the corners and over the hinge, and the hole.over the charging port seems to make it so that my charging cable does not connect as well as it should. But it's better than no case at all.

The overall fit is good, maybe too good. When installing (and previously removing) I broke the small screen protector on the back; once from flexing the top portion of the case, the other time while installing the replacement (which I purchased) when the case was slightly misaligned and one of the camera bumps cracked the protective glass. Maybe I'm an idiot, but I've had lots of phones and cases and this one just didn't the survive the install/removal. Maybe better documentation on how to not flex the case or ensuring the proper alignment before lowering the case onto the phone might help? Update: customer service reached out and replaced the second one, and I was able to install it without issue. Bumping up a star for them reaching out and sending a replacement, but the original difficulty of install keeps me from going to a full 5 stars. If you get the case on intact, it's very nice. Good fit. I like the hinge cover when open, gives me a way to rest the weight of the phone on my finger. But it might take you a couple tries to get it right.

I like the feel and the protection thus far. I have Parkinson’s so there are days I can’t hold on to much - so far this has been the protection I needed - I like how it covers the hinge but yet isn’t bulky like so many others. It’s not slick in my hand, easy to clean and classy looking - have had quite a few people compliment it - would buy again

It has been a real challenge to find a case for this Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4! Most of the cases available offer little to no hinge protection and I remember from having flip phones years ago the hinge is often the first thing damaged when you drop this type of phone. After many hours of searching 🔍 I found this guy and while it does have good hinge protection, there are definitely some shortfalls. Here's my assessment. 👍🏻PROS: -Hinge is attached to the back piece of the case and feels sturdier than I imagined many of the magnetic hinge protectors might. -Material is a hard plastic and is matte so it doesn't get fingerprints. -Super easy to install, took me maybe 10 seconds. 😊 -Fits well; snug. Even has adhesive strips which I found unnecessary but might be useful as the case naturally loosens from extended use. 👌 -Not bulky and doesn't make the phone harder to grip. 🤳 -Back screen protector is built in which really made installation even easier. -Doesn't inhibit volume buttons or power button. Microphone holes are not covered or inhibited. 🔊 -Not terribly hard to get off (which I think is a good indicator that it would perform well in a drop). Bottom piece slid off fairly easily, top piece was more of a challenge but I think this is a good thing. -Raised protection around the back screen. 👏 👎🏻CONS: -Case covers the left fingerprint scanner so for lefties this might be an issue. -The front screen has no beveled protection which might be problematic for a face down drop. 😬 -Not much give in the material which likely wouldn't be good for shock absorption. 📳 A couple things to note. The hinge protection causes the phone not to lay perfectly flat when laying on the back fully open. This didn't seem like a good or bad thing, just something to be aware of when purchasing.🤷‍♀️ I wish it had come in more colors. Black is fine but so boring! 🥱 Hope this helps!!

Love the color, feels sturdy but doesn't fit properly. There is no raised edge to protect face down placement and the corner pops out on side with volume key. I thought it wasn't all the way installed but it will not go in no matter how many times I tried. I will be returning. Update to previous review. Seller reached out to me and offered to send me a replacement case. So I received the replacement case and this one fits perfectly. It snapped into place and does have a tiny raised edge for down facing placement. It's a very nice case, soft material, very sturdy not bulky and not flimsy. The best part is the hunge protection. That is a must for me and I'm completely happy with this case and the protection it provides.
