Fantastic speaker. I've been looking for wifi speakers for years now, I came accros this by chance, I was about to fork out a small fortune for a sonos system, so glad I never. This does everything a sonos can and more. Firstly you can play your music with all the usual suspects like Spotify etc, but the beauty of this speaker is that's not it's limit! You can actually play your own library from Windows devices like a laptop or pc. Very impressive. It has it own network and can be connected to Windows 7 or 10 as I've tested both so far with perfect performance. I have a touch screen pc and have connected the speaker to That, it's like having my own jukebox. Also the speakers app has alexa for Amazon and can play Amazon music via voice control, and even more impressive the app comes with digital radio channel's that can be played!. This speaker is sounds brilliant too, and is a third of the price of Sonos! The only thing I can't comment on yet is if there is a delay in sound when having 2 or more speakers around the house but watch this space as I'm buying the symphony model and another rhythm very soon.

Well packaged, feels quality whe you open the box. Set up was really easy. I quite like the jam app. It could do with a few tweaks but it works well, and I have accessed lots of new music through this. Sound quality is really good for the price. It had exceeded my expectations. Very Smart and clean design, which looks good in my kitchen. We also use as an outdoor speaker. It goes quite loud, the bass is nice and deep and very clear audio. I'm really impressed with it, would recommend. I might even buy another. * You won't be able to use Spotify with this unless you have a premium spotify account*

I ordered this speaker after we'd had our kitchen modernised and there was no room for my soundbar and sub-woofer, this is a superb piece of kit, set up is easy through the Jam Wifi app and after no time at all I was streaming my music through the speaker. The quality of sound is very good and it certainly goes loud enough to fill the room (and the whole downstairs to be honest!). The app is a little clunky, it recognised my music stored in ITunes but not my Amazon downloads, I fixed this by playing through air drop. I dropped 1 star from review because of this shortfall that I'm sure Jam could fix.I'm really happy with my purchase, the price was excellent and, although I was really tempted to go for the Sonos I'm glad that didn't as it saved me £100.00. Take a punt on these speakers, you will not be disappointed. This review refers to the Jam Audio 2.1 Rhythm speaker.

I bought onw rhythm. It set up easily and the sound was excellent. No problems at all. I loved it so much I bought a second rhythm to hve stereo sound. I set it up and grouped the two speakers together. I was very pleased with the effect. Then i started to have peoblems. Sometimes I could get no response at all from the speakers ir it cut in snd out, whether cssting from my ipad or via the jam app. The router is in the same room as the the speakers and I have hugh speed broadband and no problems with other devices. I also had problems with the volume comtrol in the app moving up and down of its own accord. I rang Jam helpline and they could hear what was happening to the sound via the telephone and said it was the app and to remove and reinstall. I did this but I continued to have problems. I was disappointed but hats off to Amazon for great customer service. They authorised a return and the process was simple and very speedy. The speakers were picked ip by hermes yesterday and I have already been refunded for one speaker and the other in process ...less than 24 hours after collection. I rarely return anything and the sound quality was good ....when it worked. I have now ordered an echo dot to connect to standard speakers and thinking of other wifi speaker alternatives

I bought this in replace of sonos or bose, I had no system in my house, its extremely easy to set up and link the speakers, I purchased three in total 2 for the downstairs and 1 for upstairs, Im a techno-phobe and I managed to set it all up. Sound is great and allows you to listen to the music through the house, would highly recommend. I bought this on the half price off er so managed to set it up for around £160, BARGAIN

The thing with this speaker is whoever buys it, does not really want it. It is a second choice behind the likes of Sonos or Bose but we are not all made of money. That being said it is a superb Wifi speaker on a budget. Very quick and easy set up. It's not intrusive in a room and can fit in nicely. I was not expecting the quality of sound that you receive nor was I anticipating the volume from this. It can be a little bit robotic for 2-3 seconds when you first start the connection but after that it is easy listening. I haven't really tested the Alexsa feature and not in a hurry to do so. You can play from your own music library as well as through the Jam Audio app. If you are after a quality Wifi speaker without the budget of £180 - go for this one.

Alexa integration is not the best, but it does work. You use Alexa through your phone rather than directly through the speaker. If you dont care about that and just use it for music then the actual sound quality is really quite impressive, especially when you buy 2 and pair them in stereo mode. Again the software let's it down as its a little clumsy, once its setup you can just use spotify and have to bother with the Jam app. You must have spotify premium for it to work though.....

Works ok with Alexa app but browsing music not so good unless you are using the Amazon original app. Then it needs Bluetooth with audio Jacks connected. Your own music is so plain it's like streaming off Dropbox no artwork. No Google set up eather. Speakers sound great that's why I've kept them,and played about with audios wires a bit of hard work has paid off you need a bag of plaster so now they are wireless because I have buried them into the plasterboard not to be seen. Now i can use iTunes Google music and proper Amazon. The speakers are going cheap on Amazon because there seconds the set-up is awful the app could be a lot better, then people wouldn't return stuff back. It's the same with all these gadgets that need apps for them to work. The product itself is ok. it's always the developer who's made the app which is the letdown. Because most of time there is no updates they have made their money and they walk away from it all then..
