Compact High Power Dual Channel Digital TENS Machine by Natures Gate TENS TN-20-5 Modes - Battery Powered for Your Convenience!

I own a few Tens machines & think they are a great invention. I have Chronic Psoriatic Arthritis together with fybromialgia, and although I have other battery powered tens, I needed something that was more portable, compact, reliable, easy to use not fiddly or complicated, but to have the capability of dealing with complex pain & to be powerful. The TN20 I have to say does all this, i was extremely impressed, so impressed I use it more than my others namely the BE28E & 19T. Its equally as powerful as my other tens if not more so, I find the "Modul II function" very helpful with my condition. It looks great, its a very discreet machine & if I were to recommend a tens for everyday use & provide a good choice of functionality for pain control for the right price, this is the machine & this is the company to buy it from! Natures Gate tens have been very helpful indeed, always there if you have any problems & ready to help at anytime, providing prompt help, even out of office hours! not like most other companies. I cant fault them, Great product, Great price, Great company. What more could you want

Still finding my way around this, more as e-stim than TENS - hence the 4 stars - but this is an easy-to-use unit with clear instructions, and the really useful carry-case for the unit and accessories is so handy. Well thought-out, practical and effective. Additional note: lost output from channel 1, though hadn't used the unit extensively. Contacted Nature's Gate who arranged for me to return it, really helpful & they kept in touch by email; just waiting for replacement (sent 4 days ago).

I've put off buying a TENS machine for years even though I suffered from sciatica. I now have "stupid" tattooed on my forehead! No, I'm joking really, but this little device works extremely well, and reduces my pain considerably. It's not magic, and there's a learning curve associated with using it, particularly with the placement of the pads, but hey, nobody said life would be easy! I found it well worth persevering with, as I learned more, the pain got less. This device in particular is well made, powerful, and easy to use. I considered buying a cheaper machine instead, but I'm very glad I didn't. Excellent value for money!

I ordered this because i have become a little de-sensitized to my current tens machine. This one claims to be 'High Power' and at almost twice the specified current output of my current machine I had high hopes. Imagine my disappointment when it turned out to be LESS powerful than my current machine. That said, if you are looking for a regular tens then this a perfectly acceptable machine. It comes in a nice case with batteries and has some pads with it which is unusual. If however you want more power then look elsewhere.

Product stopped working after 3 uses, not very powerful and battery life is rubbish!

You can buy cheaper that works better.. I've sent mine back, very disappointed

This is the third TENS machine, which I have bought for my husband and it is by far the best one. He uses it mainly to relieve the pain in his back muscles either side of his spine. Unlike one of his previous TENS machines, this one is economical in its battery use and has a lot more programmes to choose from, which he is still experimenting with. My husband would recommend this TENS machine to anyone who suffers from muscle pain.

I bought this because of the advertised high power and the fact I can use rechargeable batteries. I have another TENS machine bought from Amazon Med-Fit 1 Dual Channel Tens Machine-Fast Effective Pain Relief Ideal For All Types Of Chronic Pain Rehabilitation which I have been using but found the 9V batteries were not lasting too long. It was a choice between buying a rechargeable pair of (V's and a charger or a new TENS machine which could use the rechargeable AA batteries I already own. Firstly there is nothing wrong with this unit, it is easy to operate, has a clear display, uses the rechargeable batteries without any issue and comes in a good quality case. I would be happy to recommend this to anyone if it is their first machine. The reason I am giving it 4 stars is that power wise, or intensity wise, it is absolutely no different to the machine I already own.
