Initially, I gave this product 1 star, because the patches are not sticking, and there is not enough of the covering plasters. But I came here to change my voting. I was struggling with verruca 4 months. Nothing was helping. I bought these patches from Scholl as a last resort before going to podiatrist. Yes, they are not sticking, but I bought surgical tape and was placing it over the patch to hold on. It took 2 weeks for my verruca to be gone. I felt difference on the second day of using the patches already. The pain was gone, I could walk without limping. I am so happy. For the result - 5 stars. Thank you

The little sticky circles with the acid are easy to use but the supplied plasters are useless - just do not stick. Someone else mentioned this. For finger I found 3M micropore tape to be ideal. Get 3 rolls on Amazon for about £7. One wrap and it stays on easy for required 48 hours. Impossible to keep dry so I hope that doesn’t dilute potency. No idea if they will eventually work but less unsightly than salicylic gel which is a big white blob on finger. Also you are not told to soak and file every day which is much easier. I found the home use freeze products to be useless (wartie and bazooka freezer treatments) and it’s just a small finger one. Hoping the patches work.

Well. Did it work ? Kinda ? It definitely helped to weaken the verruca but it didn’t get rid of it. I have been using consistently since I purchased in mid July (posting end of August) and it’s still here. I will tell you though a very effective method I’ve used the past 2 days and has already had a massive effect and that’s apple cider vinegar on a bit of cotton and then duct tape over it and leave over night then file and replace. One of the issues with these salicylic acid patches are that the ‘waterproof’ patch you put over the top doesn’t stay for the 2 days/48 hours you need to leave it on, duct tape doesn’t work because again doesn’t stick that long and even plasters can’t stay on after a shower, so it’s pretty impossible for the patches to do the proper job.

I had a very stubborn verruca for years and I had honestly tried everything on the market (even apple cider vinegar which was very painful and didn’t help). These little plasters are the only thing that worked to completely get rid of it, just make sure you cover it with extra sticky bandage or even strong tape because you need to keep it covered at all times.

These are Awful I tried these as a last resort to treat a verucca where other gel treatments had failed for my son. These seem great in theory but following all the directions and they just don’t stay in place. I tried extra plasters over them, tape over them, duct tape over them cotton wool pads and tape everything and after applying now 9 of these over the past 3/4 days I have gave up all hope. They just won’t stay in place on my son’s foot, and are instead softening the skin and peeling the skin away all over his foot whenever they end up landing once they move. I wouldn’t even waste your time with these unfortunately.

The round medicinal stickers have all moved around and are not stuck on correctly which means I won’t be able to use them correctly! This particular packet wasn’t opened either. I would like to request another packet to make up for the loss It may be better to buy from their official website as they’re more likely to give a refund if things have moved around in the packet. I will see what the seller says… Update, I got a refund on my previous product and ordered more. I’ve only used them on myself and my daughter for a week I think and the varrucas have gone! (I’ve had mine for over 20 years and nothing worked). My daughter only had hers a few weeks so I thought I’d try it on myself too. But make sure you use the right size, I used the slightly bigger ones which have peeled extra skin off. However, I’m just so happy it’s coming off.
