From the tounge scapper which will help with mouth hygiene, to the water pik and light tool for dislodging the stones ( with a few different sizes and attachments) My issue, is that if like me, you have a bad gag reflex, then you probably won't be able to have success with this kit unless you really work at it. I tried countless times and just couldn't get it to work, but that doesn't mean it doesn't as it does exactly as advertised, but it's not for everyone. Overall I will make use of the kit, but feel I might need some extra help with getting rid of my stones.
