Work as expected. Plastic case cracked but magnets did not break Used to attach led grow lights to plant shelf.

****Update about a week after purchase and original review**** These may actually be too strong. I will say, I found a workaround of putting the adhesive foam on one magnet (leaving the other side with the paper still attached) works really well. I have one without the foam sticker on one side of my cross stitch fabric and the one with the foam on the other. The foam does mute the inability to separate them down quite a bit. I'm much happier this way. Wow! I've been looking for something to keep my cross stitch patterns secured to my fabric and a 'binder' a for my needles. These are really amazing. They're very secure, a great size, and seem to be of quality. I'll be buying more for other random things. Very happy with my purchase.

I'm very happy with these magnets. They are powerful and convenient. The shape & size is perfect as an adjustable seam guide on my Brother sewing machine, plus many other uses. Although I've not used the adhesive backing, I'm confident it would work well for nonmetal surfaces. The rectangular shape is better where my circular magnets do not serve well.

very strong magnets, packed well, BUT very fragile. Handle with care. These magnets come in a plastic case with spacers between the magnets. It comes with 3M tape. I took out and removed a spacer, but then the strong magnet slapped back down on the next magnet and they both shattered. So use force to separate, but don't let them hit anything quickly or they will shatter. Works easy but be careful

Very strong magnets! Fit in the narrow area I had to work with and is holding up a fair amount of weight. I did not find them brittle or easily broken, but I do suggest sliding them apart - don’t try to lift them away from the stack. I did break one that way but even the small end that snapped off was a usable strong magnet. These come in a nice plastic storage case but remember, these are not your normal “craft” quality magnets - everything that comes in to contact with them in my tool box sticks to the strong magnets right through the plastic box!!!

Finally something withstood with strength Took 3 across but holds my tray on paneled wall with ease I can place important papers , clip boards Holds extremely well with multiple (3) across. Highly recommended
