Compact little heater.
This is a great little heater. I use it to keep the chill out of the greenhouse and it is perfect for my use. Easy to install, 2 small brackets, long flex and a thermostat knob that's easy to control. Turn it from freezing point to round about 10deg, you will hear it click into action and off you go. Simple and effective but don't expect it to heat a room, it is more for background or supplementary heating.

Long lasting and does its job fine!
Its now over two years since I purchased this and its still working perfect. It's very sturdy and comes with all the needed pieces to fit on a wall with mountings. It's not hugely hot but will take humidity out of the room and stop serious chills, and as its low wattage it uses minimal electricity.

Budget warmth
I've used ceramic tube heaters like this for years. I have two in the bedroom that are on constantly when the winter starts to bite. They do take the chill out, but you have to have them on all the time to build up a bit of warmth. This isn't really a problem though as they are extremely cheap to run.

Easy fit - that's it - it works great
Easy fit - that's it - it works great. Bought these for plastic skylights I had fitted in a polycarbonate roof. They were very easy to fit (and adapt for the exact use I needed) and work exactly as you would expect - hwever if it rains when it is hot then they do not close the vent but that is to be expected

Perfect for my requirements
I bought the heater to fit in a small wine fermentation/proofing cupboard and it worked a treat. It was able to keep the cupboard at a constant 25 degrees c for the duration of fermentation. The thermostat once set was accurate and at 40w the energy consumption was minimal. Not yet tried it with bread yet but the next job will be to make a sour dough and I'm sure the heater will be absolutely perfect for that. The heater is well made and comes with clear instructions and a pair of fixing brackets, the heater lead is 1.5m and is fitted with a sturdy fused plug. The heater must be mounted horizontally and not come into direct contact with any materials. The fermentation vessel holds 25 litres and the cupboard is under 0.5 m3. If you're looking to heat a room then bear in mind the heater comes as either a 40w or 80w model so work out the your heating requirements to see which heater will be suitable for your needs. If you have a larger space to heat you may need several heaters so do the math and you won't be dissapointed.

This is a great little heater
This is a great little heater.I am using it in in one corner of my very large bedroom because one corner gets damp spots on the wall for some reason and it made the room smell musty .As its so economical i keep it on 24 /7 and the musty smell has gone ,i am surprised such a low wattage could be so effective and its a bonus that it has a thermostat as well.I am going to buy another one for a musty wardrobe

Manufacturing fault needed fixing
Ok heaters (although currently far cheaper at Screwfix). However found both developed the same fault. Both stopped working. Having de-riveted the internal element sections from the tube ‘carrier’ found the contacts had been insufficiently ‘squeezed’ in order to make reliable contact with the elements. Once squeezed with pliers all is fine. However it needed total disassembly and re-riveting.

Does what it should
I've had one of the bigger ones of these before. This purchase was of the smallest in the series, to provide a bit of warmth in a confined space. does this perfectly. There are lots of perfectly sensible warnings about not mounting it too close to inflammable surfaces. However, the amount of heat given off is pretty minimal and the outside gets no more than warm. For me the main thing is reliability and safety and I think it has this.
