Juki DDL-8700 Industrial Sewing Machine - Energy Saving Servo Motor

The machine arrived on time and in perfect condition. I haven’t had the chance to use it properly yet, but it feels very solid and well-made, exactly what I expected from Juki. The delivery service was excellent — professional, helpful, and smooth from start to finish. Very happy with the purchase so far and looking forward to using it.

I gave it 5 stars because I am very satisfied with this sewing machine. I had a similar sewing machine before but from another brand that I had to part with even though it was very good. I really wanted to buy a similar one and this one successfully replaces the old one. Easy to use, it works well on thin but also thicker materials. I would have been happier if the table was slightly longer but that's not a big inconvenience.I hope to use it for many years.

I wish I had bought this a few years ago. The price is superb and the service from the supplier is bar none. It is much lighter than my old machine and so quite. Unlike my old machine the motor ran all the time when you stop sewing with this it is so quite that I forgot it was on. The speed is adjustable so instead of 500 mph that I was used to it is a steady walking pace which makes it much easier to control. Pre delivery and test was obvious so it was not just a order and ship item. You need to down load the manual but that is easy and actually written in proper english. Putting it together took me about 30 mins from taking it off the pallet. I can now do more delicate and precise work. I make canvas items but this will happy sew standard material as well as I tried it out. If you are looking for an industrial machine then I can recommend this especially from this seller.

It came much faster than estimated and also came assembled. Looks great. have not yet tried it hence the 3 stars but am excited and will update you guys :-)

A very good quality, professional sewing machine. It is not only functional but it also looks good and is a pleasure to work on. To my surprise it is very quiet and works perfectly, I cannot fault it. Also customer service team were amazing in assisting me prior to purchasing my sewing machine. Highly recommended.

This machine meets all my expectations. It arrived partially assembled. The instruction booklet isn't the most helpful however I was able to follow the you tube video by Cathedral Sewing to finish setting it up which made it really easy. It sews smoothly and the motor is super quiet! Definitely a good purchase.

Highly delighted with my Juki sewing machine. Very easy to use and very fast. Not had it very long but it has had plenty of use.

Easy installation and excellent performance

I love the Juki sewing machine. I have bought two from City Sewing! The first one arrived put together, very easy! This one came in three boxes that we had to assemble. The table , the motor, and the machine itself. Nightmare! I had no way of knowing which way it was coming until UPS showed up with the boxes. There is good and bad with both ways. After assembling I know how my machine works and now feel I can service it more such as change a belt. The instructions are in Chinese. City Sewing HAS A YOUTUBE CHANNEL! You will have to follow the videos for any hope of successfully putting this thing together. They do need a video on how to set up the bobbin winder. They kind of drop off at that point. There was another person who had made the bobbin winder video and that was very helpful so search for it on youtube. We had to drill holes to install the winder and placement has to be precise. Also make sure the belt is clear of the table when you install the motor. It's easy to fix if it touches, you can loosen the bolts on the motor and slide it a bit to clear the belt. To assemble, you will need a good day and someone with some strength. I never could have done it by myself. It took us all day on Sunday to get it done. It's not really difficult, but you have to follow the directions for things to come together as they should. I wish there was an option to purchase either put together or not. I probably would pay more to have it arrive together. I give them five stars because it is a great machine and it worked out.

I just received my Juki yesterday. The delivery is fast and the delivery guys helped to move the machine to my 4th floor apartment which is really nice. I just have 1 complaint. The machine did not come with a manual. It came with most of the parts assembled except for the light and the thread rack. Is there something I should do before start to use this machine? Do I need to add oil to some parts? Or I can just thread the machine and start sewing?

The delivery was awesome, but im yet to get someone to Assemble for me, i will appreciate if you can link me up with someone that can help in assembling it. Because of that im yet to experience the work of the machine.
