Theoretisch echt gut, sie halten und tun genau das, wofür sie gemacht wurden, allerdings sollte man sie nicht an sehr heißen Tagen benutzen. Ich hab das getan und durch den Schweiß löste sich der Kleber vom Silikon und blieb an mir haften. Jetzt sind sie quasi nicht mehr zu gebrauchen, sehr schade.
