This dye is for synthetics, and might work for example, if the lace is 100% polyester. If it's a mix of synthetic and cotton, this will dye the synthetic bits but not the cotton. The regular dye will do for the cotton, but not synthetics. IF you are prepared to junk the curtains if you guess wrong, then go ahead.
