I suffer from puffy under eyes. I have no wrinkles and I find traditional eye creams to heavy for this area. It works, almost immediately to reduce the size of the under eye bag. In fact my left eye the bag is gone and on the right eye, it is still slightly raised (still a huge improvement), with the excess, i pat onto my forehead fine lines, which it softens & blurs reducing the appearance of those lines. Note I pat it onto my forehead, rather than rub. This works better for me.
