How dog proof is this? I have a large greedy Labrador + 4 cats.

It's hard plastic so quite sturdy but if your dog is very food focused he will probably figure out how to get the food. Depending on his persistence he could probably lick out the food or treats, because it's designed for cats they are quite small gaps but big enough for a dog tongue. My only suggestion would be to raise it to a surface where he can't reach if possible. Hope it's a help

can this be used as a feed bowl with wety food? is there a smaller version?

Might get a bit messy and hard to clean with wet food. Not sure on smaller sizes

Has anyone else's cat paws seem too big for some parts of this puzzle?

I found the spaces far too small for either of my cats and one of the cats is tiny! Currently sitting in my kitchen doing nothing. Waste of my money

My cat won't eat kibble/dry treats (dreamies). Would this be suitable with wet food, or pieces of chicken for example?

Yea as long as the chicken pieces are a good size so they can get them out. Also we have used the cat licky Treats on the square part our cat can't get the dry food out this section
