Use in so many things, especially Richmond meat free sausages, gives them a barbecue flavour and a little in dhaal to finish, cooked breakfast on mushrooms, fried potatoes, tomatoes omg so much more, give it a go, you don't need much just a few drops, so it lasts for ages.

Love this brand smoke! The taste and aroma is pure and completely natural... The Applewood,1st and Pecan, 2nd are my favourite varieties; they have the most refined flavours and go beautifully with vegetarian dishes. Applewood and Pecan are however much harder to get in the UK, so I was really happy to get 4 bottles of the Pecan for the price of 2! (I paid £9.96 for 4 x 118ml bottles which currently in UK is usually the price for 2.) I wish someone here would start carrying the Applewood!

I have missed cooking over open firewood and was so excited to try this liquid smoke. I am a bit disappointed as i did not get the charred smokiness i was expecting, instead it smelt more like soot. the product is not bad, its just that it did not suite what i was looking for. I am still willing to try out other varieties to get exactly what i want.

Adds great BBQ smokey flavour to anything…..Burgers, Steaks, veg….anything. Will be buying this again, it’s awesome

I discovered this randomly looking to spice up some bland dishes during a diet without a long list of additives, and I am so pleased I did ! This sauce is brillant and I will definitely buy it again! I tried it on EVERYTHING, ranging from roasted veggies to home made BBQ sauce, scrambled eggs, Fish papillotages...it just WORKS ! Now that my diet is leaning more and more towards vegetarian, Vega, I am so glad for it, helps curb the bacon cravings ;-) I recommend anyone to get itthe price is low enough to try it out worry-free Enjoy!

Slightly disappointed. I ordered it for the first time and have tried it on a few recipes to enhance the smoky flavour but have not managed to get the kind of charred smokiness that I have been looking for. More experimentation is needed perhaps but don't think I will be buying it again.

Excellent natural smoke. So important nothing artificial added. Can overpower so a gentle touch is best, but really pleased will definitely be making this my regular purchase.

Not just liquid smoke in fact, has colourings and other stuff in in. Other brands are literally condensed smoke and nothing else (except water). Flavour is however good, if not as strong as other brands.

My shipment arrived in a very timely manner and was packaged extremely great. Each bottle was wrapped in plastic bubble-wrap and taped, and the box was lined with bubble-wrap too. There are 4 national Grocery Stores in my area and only one used to carry this product. Since I use this item as one key ingredient in my marinate for cooking meat, fowl and fish, it is very important to me. Since it is no longer available in any stores in my area, I again relied on Amazon to meet my needs. My shipment was delivered ahead of the estimated date span of delivery. I rate is as 5-Star perform for the company and Amazon.

While this isn't pure smoke, the price was right and it arrived quickly in a pinch. It's easy to control how much you dispense. The pecan makes for a milder smoke flavor, and the other ingredients add a bit of tang and savoriness. It tasted great on the jerky I required it for, and I've added it to other meals with good results. Much more versatile than I expected. I even added 2 drops to a can of Campbell's stew and, with a healthy dose of Lizano sauce, it became edible enough almost to finish. Impressive. I used this as a 1:1 replacement for normal, pure hickory liquid smoke with jerky. The added ingredients we're not noticeable (though appreciated in other meals). It turned out just fine and I don't actually feel the need to buy a replacement until this runs out. With the pecan being so mild, I will try half again what any recipe calls for in the future. If you're looking for pure smoke, this isn't it. But it's worth being in your refrigerator on its own merit.

Adoro questo sapore. Si può usare in tantissimi modi. Io non mangio la carne, lo uso nella cucina vegana. Sono contenta con questo acquisto.

I use this on canned sardines and/or mackerel. Just a few shakes with 2 T. MCT oil and I have the most delicious smoked fish. Perfect for a 3 day sardine challenge. Gotta love all those Omega 3's for a healthy microbiome. Great meal and very satiating.
