I want firm but not rock hard.** A: It’s firm enough to provide the support you need, but it does have some give. It doesn’t feel like a huge boulder behind you or anything. I use it at work mostly and I find it comfortable all day, keeps my lower back from getting sore. **Q: Does it work for tall people (6’2)?** A: I’m also 6’2 and it was perfect for me. **Q: How do you position this cushion in a chair?** A: You put the flat part of the cushion against the back of the chair, and secure it in place with the straps. It has a convenient label showing which way goes up.The straps go around the back of the chair. I use it in the car too, same way but without attaching the strap to the back of the seat. **Q: Can you use this as a neck pillow in the car?** A: The back support is quite firm so I don't think it would be comfortable as a neck pillow.
