This is a really nice product at a very good price (only £13.99). Looks great. Very sturdy. Easy to install (wall-mounted using a drill). Reversible (8mm socket required). This item is reversible (although this is not stated in the instructions). So you can have the holder facing left or right. There is a small small nut inside the mounting plate that you need to remove first with an 8mm socket. Then you take off the toilet roll holder arm and replace it pointing in the opposite direction. Make sure you fully tighten the 8mm nut again as otherwise there will be a little movement in the arm. For installation: First, I reversed the toilet roll holder arm as I needed it facing the opposite direction Then I made 2 markings on the wall with a pen for where the mounting holes would be. I used a centre punch to make an indentation in each of those markings, to help guide the drill bit into the wall without slipping etc. Then I used an electric drill with a 6mm drill bit to make the mounting holes in my concrete wall. I knocked wall anchors (wall plugs) into the holes and then screwed the mounting plate on to the wall. Finally, I used a hex key (allen key) to tighten the set screw and fix the toilet holder to the mounting plate. Supplied parts included in the box: 1 x toilet roll holder 1 x wall mounting plate 2 x screws 2 x wall anchors (wall plugs) 1 x hex key (allen key) for tightening the set screw 1 x set screw (grub screw)

Great quality and price .

Ordered as a replacement to very old existing and outdated pine toilet roll holder in an old cottage just moved to. As only had a small space between the sink and toilet cistern I loved the idea that this toilet roll holder can be used both vertically & horizontally, so placed it with the bar going upwards. Fitted perfectly and looks good.

Bought this to match towel rail. Good weight and finish to it. Our bathroom installer had not tightened the inner bolt securely enough so the toilet troll holder came loose. Unfortunately, he had disposed of the allen key so we couldn't get inside of the bracket to tighten it. KES customer service team were brilliant, by sending out a spare key kit within a few days, to get it up and working again. They kept us up to date via email every step of the way, from initial contact to delivery. Brilliant We have bought other bathroom accessories from KES and are really pleased with their quality and comforted by their after care service qualities.

Bought some fancy ones from a showroom and they arrived damaged, so these were a bit of an emergency purchase. Quality is very similar to home supply stores own brand items which sell at a similar price. Light enough but not fragile feeling. It's a decent quality. The joints are clean and the chrome bright. A year later, we've still no peeling, rust or discoloration. Very easy to install. There is a bit of movement to it, even when tightly secured to the wall bracket. This means the grub can work loose over time, so you may need to keep an eye on tightening it.

I liked the TP holder. did order two. I don't know how reliable and sturdy they are since I didn't install yet. so would update the review about quality later otherwise they are worth the money compared to my local hardware store.

This is a great looking, long lasting, and sturdy toilet paper holder! Positives: -I've had it for four years now, and it still functions and looks new (no rust even after being in a high humidity bathroom). *Photos are from today (four years later) -It's still as sturdy as day one of installation-after years of use. -Size was accurate -Color was as pictured -Great value for the cost. *I don't have anything negative to comment about this product. If I had to say something, it's a bit tedious to install. However, it's well worth it to have a long lasting, quality product!
