Does it detoxify Ammonia ?

This product is not for removing ammonia but does remove chloramine which is a compound of chlorine and ammonia. You can buy an ammonia removing water additive which lowers ammonia levels. If the levels are really high a 25% water change is recommended. Ammonia is produced by fish waste and is best dealt with by having a balanced tank created by having the correct levels of bacteria in your water an in particular, your filter. Hope this helps.

Can i use it with axelotl?

It says on the bottle it is safe for ANY fresh water aquarium, i only have snails, shrimps and fancy fish in mine. I don't know how safe it would be for an Axelotl but given they have external gills I would imagine it would be safe for them too. As It removes all the things that are harmful to aquatic life that are presant in the tap water.

How long would this last if I used it weekly for 10% water change, 10 litres?

If you are treating 10 litres per week, this would last you around nine years...

I want to know if this does help goldfish with their slime coat, my gold fish's slime is coming off a lot. Will this help?

It does contain aloe vera which will help with fish skin care it also has added bacteria and takes out the chlorine from tap water
