When I got the walker I followed the instructions. Accordingly the front wheels went to the back and the back wheels went to the front.
Good thing I had the old walker to compare, just to make sure the height is exactly like the other.
I knew something wasn't quite right when the front is higher than the back, so the seat is tilted toward the back.
So upon examining the old walker I noticed the wheels are placed opposite of what the instruction had indicated.
So after switching them now the walker is balanced, the seat is now even and not tilted."

Any carrying bags available?

By carrying bags I assume you mean the generously sized bag under the seat.  It is large enough for my purse a coat, a pair of gloves,  and there is still room left over.  There is also a black bag that has Velcro and it’s connected directly under the seat.  It has room for meds, money, credit cards, it’s a nice place to keep things you need right away without digging into the things you have stored in your bag.  Also, something I like is the fact that the bag under the seat isn’t mesh like so many others, it is a sturdy material and no one can see through it to look at what you have stored.  This is the best walker I have ever seen, a lot of thought was put into how it was made.  If mine ever wears out, I will order it again.  You will feel the same way.  I hope this helps.
