Is this the super thick fleece or regular fleece? thank you..

Pairs received in 2022 were thick fleece/plush. The pajama sets (long sleeved top and pants) that come with a pair of matching socks are thin fleece, and the $20.+ sets without socks are thick.

What are the US sizes? Details?

I needed to order up 2 sizes. I'm usually XL but I ended up with 3xl. I am usually about a size 16. Hope that helps!

What size is for someone 5’1” & 150lbs

Can’t answer that. I returned them because the sizing is way off. I wear 22-24 in everything so I ordered 3x and the ones I received were so small it was ridiculous

It's a very thick, soft, fuzzy fleece material. It's very nice.
