What are the inside dimentions of the 24.8"x20.9"x9.8" box?

What material is the clear cover made of, also abs? i want to know if i can laser cut it.

I'm not 100% sure but it feels/looks like lexan not ABS. I do quite a bit of 3D printing with ABS and the clear cover does not feel like the same material as the back of the box.

What is the largest size side hole I could cut into the 7.9"H boxes without running into the mounting plate or molded "lip" on the outside?

I cut a hole for a one inch flexible conduit fitting. With the fitting lock ring installed, there wasn't much room left.
