Did the job, but only lasted one cook.
Did exactly what it was designed to do, but the part that holds the skewer in place broke off after only 1 cook. Very disappointing.

Great addition to our collection of grill toys. Overall build quality is great and didn't have any concerns with the stake (read a couple of reviews for other products and they all stated that the stake was flimsy). The stake is extremely sharp and penetrates the meat with ease. Installation was simple and straight foward, as it just required adding the side handles and then the stake. I coated the pan and stake in olive oil before cooking and everything wiped right off when it came time to clean it. I do wish it came with a sort of storage bag for the 3 spikes but overall its simple to store and doesnt take up much space, we just stash it in the smoker when it's not in use. Food came out tasting great, a full cook of 5lbs of Al Pastor took about 6 hours and meat was perfect.

So excited to get this product however, the skewer snapped from the base the first time I used it and obviously it cannot be used again! Very disappointed :(

Great kitchen accessory. Made Gyros meat using 1/2 lb of lamb and 1/2 LB of beef and a 1/4 tsp of the New York Spice Shop seasoning mix and juice of half a lemon. Cooked 40 min at 350 convection bake until thickest part was 140°. Let cool completely before slicing to absorb all the juices. Put a ring of foil underneath so the meat wouldn't sit in the grease drippings.
