Alfez Ras El Hanout Spice Mix, 42g

This Spice Mix has been blended to perfection and is of an excellent quality...I mix it with water and Olive oil, and marinate stewing lamb in it. I leave in the fridge for 8 hours prior to casseroling....and the lamb is absolutely beautiful...have not tried it with other meats or fish as yet, but I am sure I will be as delighted with the flavour as I am with lamb.....

Mainly bought this to make a lamb tagine but ended up mixing it with oil and rubbing it into some lamb on the barbecue instead. Really beautiful blend of spices giving the lamb a depth of flavor with all the mystery of the east. Using this, together with Za'atar to add some North African / Arabic flavours to various dishes with quite a high success rate. Nice stuff, recommended.

I go through periods of lots of arabic cooking, especially if cooking for others that buying the refill pack is so much more cost effective. I rather like the small jars of the rub, but there are only so many small jars I can re-use. Exceptional spice blend. The best one I've used.

Really love this. Have tried other makes but alway come back to this one. Really aromatic.

Used with chicken dish as per James Martin receipe. I like the dish but not sure how I will use it in other ways.

Great product. Love the flavour! Came in glass jar instead of box but might be irrelevant to other orders as mine got lost in the way and the seller kindly replaced my order. Will buy this product again.

Ras el hanout: il re del negozio. Misto di spezie, diffuso dal Marocco a Israele. Fantastico per insaporire e profumare pollo, manzo e ogni spezzatino. E i petali di rosa!

Si eres una persona que está experimentando con nuevas recetas este producto es ideal para ti, el sabor es extraordinario porque no es lo suficientemente fuerte pero tampoco es débil, para ser un mix de varias especies se pueden sentir por separado pero al mismo tiempo juntas.

Tried many ras el hanut blends, but none compare to this one.

I was so happy to find out that Amazone DE is selling it. This is amazing Ras el Hanout. So great taste . I have been using it for 4 years already . Let’s say - if you feel your prepared food is not having great that great taste - this will save everything . :)
